RV reducers are widely used in industrial robot transmission systems,the machining accuracy of the coordinate holes of its key components has an extremely important influence on the comprehensive performance of the RV reducer.Generally,the coordinate hole accuracy is required to be less than 5?m in position and no more than 0.2?m in surface roughness.Therefore,the coordinate holes of the key parts are all processed by honing.At present,the honing of domestic coordinate holes adopts imported equipment,which is expensive and the production cost of parts is high.Advanced foreign companies have also been vigorously blocking the core technology of honing in our country.To this end,the thesis carried out research on the design of special honing tools based on the special boring and honing equipment for key parts of RV reducer independently designed by the team,and the surface creation numerical simulation research that can predict the surface roughness of the parts after honing.Relevant research results are of great significance to promote the localization of RV reducers.The main research contents are as follows:(1)According to the movement relationship of the honing stone on the surface of the part hole,established the honing grindstone's spatial motion model during the acceleration,deceleration and uniform speed of the honing grindstone in the reciprocating process of honing,analyzed the relationship between honing speed and net angle,and the calculation model of the force relationship between the honing grindstone and the honing mandrel in the honing feed process is established.(2)Carried out the research on the structure scheme of the special honing tool of the special equipment,based on the special boring and honing equipment for the key parts of the RV reducer designed by the team.The selection of the size,abrasive,particle size,concentration,etc.of the grindstone on the honing tool,as well as the design of the pneumatic feed device of the honing tool,the calculation of the cylinder size and the selection of the air source device have been completed.(3)Through the simulation of the trajectory of the honing stone,and the statistics of the distribution law after the two-dimensional expansion of the trajectory,a method for predicting the cylindricity of the part after honing is proposed.The selection of the size,abrasive,particle size,concentration,etc.of the grindstone on the honing tool,as well as the design of the pneumatic feed device of the honing tool,the calculation of the cylinder size and the selection of the air source device have been completed.(4)Based on the simulation of the surface reconstruction of the honing stone and the simulation of the movement trajectory of the honing stone,the honing surface creation simulation of the part surface is completed.Through the simulation calculation of the part surface creation,the prediction of the surface texture and surface roughness parameter R_k of the part after honing is realized.
