In recent years,with the development of the textile industry and the increase in market demand,people are paying more and more attention to the environmental protection and safety of textiles,and the degree of attention to the color fastness of textiles is increasing.Direct dyes and reactive dyes have become the main materials for fabric dyeing because of their simple dyeing,complete chromatogram,and low cost.However,these dyes generally have poor wet rubbing fastness,and the dyed fabric needs to be fixed.In this paper,based on market demand,investigating a large number of documents,and on the basis of previous studies,three types of new aldehyde-free color fixing agents have been prepared,and the fixing mechanisms and applicable conditions of different kinds of color fixing agents have been discussed.They have been tested in accordance with national standards.For various performance indicators,the effect of experimental parameter changes on the performance of the fixing agent is studied.The main experimental results are as follows:(1)Use gelatin as emulsifier,use methyl methacrylate(MMA)and butyl acrylate(BA)as monomers,use H2O2?+Fe2+as redox system initiator,use vinyl silicone oil/acrylate-based silicone oil As a functional monomer,a reactive silicone oil modified amphoteric acrylate nanoemulsion fixing agent was prepared by emulsion polymerization technology.The structure of the polymer was characterized by FT-IR,the basic characteristics of the fixing agent were characterized by means of nanoparticle size analyzer(DLS)and mutual solubility test,and the dry and wet rubbing fastness of the fixing agent was tested by the dyeing and rubbing color fastness meter.Studies have shown that when the monomer ratio is MMA:BA:SIC=5:3:2,the emulsion stability is good,the particle size distribution is about 100nm,and the fixing agent emulsion has better miscibility with acid-base salts,dyes and silicone oils.Good,the dry and wet rubbing fastness of the fixing agent has been significantly improved,reaching level 4 and level 3 respectively.(2)Using dimethyl diallyl ammonium chloride(DMDAAC)and acrylamide(AM)as raw materials,using ammonium persulfate(APS)/sodium bisulfite(SBS)as the redox initiation system,using distributed drip In addition,dimethyldiallylammonium chloride-acrylamide(PDM-AM)copolymer was prepared,and epichlorohydrin(ECH)/diethylamine(DEA)was introduced to modify it and synthesized two cationic fixatives are introduced.And by copolymerizing DMDAAC with BA and N-methylol acrylamide(NM-AM),and reacting with diethylamine(DEA),diethanolamine(DOA)and iminodiacetic acid(IDA)to prepare a series of polycationic Formaldehyde-free fixing agent;and discuss the polymerization method and optimal ratio of dimethyldiallylammonium chloride and acrylamide,the effect of fixing agent mass fraction,fixing time,fixing temperature on fixing performance.Experiments have shown that,compared with the traditional method of continuous dropwise addition of initiators,the divided input of initiators can increase the viscosity and molecular weight of PDM,increase the adhesion of the fixing agent on the surface of fibers and dyes,and introduce reactive monomer epoxy Chloropropane can form hydrogen bonds between the fixing agent and the fiber surface to increase the adhesion;the introduction of diethylamine will ethylate the acrylamide amine to increase the cationicity of the fixing agent.Through van der Waals forces,the ion bond can adsorb the surface anions of the fiber and dye group.When DMDAAC:AM:ECH=9:1:0.8;DMDAAC:AM:DEA=9:1:1.2,the fixing agent has the best stability,good miscibility with acid-base salts,dyes and silicone oil,and wet friction The fastness reaches 3.5;the fixing agent concentration is 4 wt%,the fixing temperature is 170?,and the fixing time is 3 min.The wet rubbing fastness of PDM-BA-(NM-AM)-IDA cationic aldehyde-free fixing agent up to 3.5 levels.
