Cladded Longitude Profile Plate(CLP)is a new type of material produced by the longitude profile rolling technology with the bimetal laminated composite plate as the raw material.CLP plate combines the advantages of both composite plates and longitude profile plates to achieve energy saving and weight reduction,different composite metal materials can also be selected to meet the conditions of decorative,electrical conductivity,corrosion resistance and mechanical properties depending on the use requirements and environment,in the environmental protection and low cost at the same time to achieve the requirements of high performance,in the aerospace,automotive and other fields have a broad application prospects.This paper takes the longitude profile rolling process of bimetal composite plate as research object,establishes the rolling force model of the longitude profile rolling process of bimetal composite plate and the horizontal speed model of the transition zone,and designs the continuous longitude profile rolling control system of bimetal composite plate.The rolling parameters are determined through finite element simulation,and rolling experiments are carried out to verify the accuracy of the mechanics and length models and combined with finite element simulation to study the warpage change rule of the rolled piece,and to optimize the longitude profile rolling process.Firstly,the rolling force equation applicable to bimetal composite plate is derived through the analysis of the rolling deformation zone of bimetal composite plate.A model for calculating the length of the longitude profile rolling transition zone of composite plates was derived according to the characteristics of the longitude profile rolling transition zone of bimetal composite plate.The rolling mill stiffness and rolling mill bounce curves were obtained through the press experiments,and a bimetal composite plate roll gap pre-set model was established based on the relationship between the rolling mill bounce and the plasticity of the rolled piece.Secondly,the rolling and monitoring hardware system of the 2-h longitude profile rolling mill was built based on the PLC controller.The I/O interfaces distribution,power supply circuit and equipment model of the system are determined,and parameter monitoring functions such as rolling thickness and rolling length are designed.The control and data processing program of the longitude profile rolling mill was developed for the hardware system,and the control interface of the rolling mill control,rolled piece parameter calculation and data monitoring and processing system was designed based on the master computer software of the Kingview.Finally,the finite element analysis model of copper-aluminum composite plate longitude profile rolling wss established,and the change law of metal deformation resistance and rolling force under different cladding ratios of copper-aluminum composite plate was analyzed.Rolling experiments with different thicknesses and cladding ratios of copper-aluminum composite plates,transition zone length experiments under longitude profile rolling,and longitude profile rolling experiments under tension were carried out.The accuracy of the calculation model of the rolling force calculation model and the calculation model of the transition zone length of the bimetal longitude profile rolling is verified,and the warpage rule of the rolled piece was analyzed.The continuous longitude profile rolling experiment of the bimetal composite plate was carried out to verify the accuracy of the control program and the monitoring system.
