Cladded longitude profile plate(CLP plate)is a kind of new resource-saving material by rolling the bimetal composite plate with longitude profile technique.While maintaining the tradionnal single metal longitude profile plate's advantage of material-saving and light weight,CLP palte can choose suitable cladding metal materials to meet the special functional requirements of abrasion resistance,anticorrosion and high temperature resistance according to the circumstances.The finite element model of cladded longitude profile plate rolling process was established to analysis the deformation behavior and flow law of the component metal in the deformation zone.And the mechanical model and kinematic model were established which provided a theoretical basis for the production of cladded longitude profile plate.Firstly,the longitude profile rolling model of Cu/Al cladded plate has been established based on MSC.Marc finite element software,and the change law of rolling force,neutral angle and contact interface during the process of rolling have been analyzed.To solve the problem of work piece warping at the exit og the rolling gap,the toward and backward tension was applied to make the rolled pieces tend to be straight,and the influence of the tension on the rolling pressure,the neutral angle and the wedge angle was analyzed.The warping could be reduced by changing the speed ratio,diameter ratio and friction when the tension was hard to apply.The simulation results have shown that the proper setting these parameters could reduce the warpage effectively and even make the rolling piece straight.Secondly,based on Bland-Ford differential equation of equilibrium and E.Orowan differential equation of equilibrium respectively,the formulas for calculating the rolling force of CLP plate cold rolling and hot rolling process has been deduced.The formula for calculating the horizontal velocity in the deformation zone has been studied by assuming the clad ratio was unchanged and changed in the CLP plate rolling process.Finally,the rolling gap setting model has been devoloped based on the rolling force model and the mill spring equation according to four kings of longitude profile curves CLP plates.Beside this,the exit length predicting of CLP plate rolling has been realized by applying the velocity field model.Based on the combination of roll gap and rolling length prediction models,the desired reduction curve of roll gap at transition zone could be obtained by revising the reduction.
