Oil derrick,as a large-scale high-rise bearing component in oilfield exploration and development,is indispensable.Compared with other steel structures,its working environment is worse,and because it has a large slenderness ratio,the wind load has become the key design load in the structural design of oil derrick.Therefore,the bearing load of derrick and safety factors are important indicators to measure the wind resistance of oil derrick structure.At present,the wind load analysis of oil derrick is mostly focused on simulation.In order to better and more intuitively study the influence of wind load on oil derrick,this paper proposes a simple operation and strong applicability of oil derrick wind load simulation loading device.The device provides a good and feasible scheme for simulating the dynamic action of wind load.Firstly,combined with Davenport wind speed power spectrum,the dynamic wind load simulation method based on triangle series superposition harmonic synthesis method is derived.Aiming at the steel structure of laboratory derrick,the simulation of fluctuating wind load time history curve of experimental derrick is realized by using laboratory similarity theory,and the displacement response result is simulated by combining with simulation analysis.Secondly,through the understanding and research of the characteristics of wind load,three kinds of design schemes of oil derrick wind load simulation device are proposed.According to the comparative analysis of the three schemes,the design scheme with the exciter as the core is decided to complete the design of wind load simulation device,and the key design points of the scheme are completed.Thirdly,according to the design requirements of the oil derrick wind load simulation test system,the design scheme and ideas of the test system are conceived,and the design of the oil derrick wind load simulation test system based on Lab VIEW is completed.According to the functional requirements of the test system,the corresponding modules are selected to design,and the test system with the functions of signal acquisition,processing and display is realized development.Finally,the wake up experiment and test of ZJ70 oil derrick steel structure model are used in the laboratory.Through the acquisition of multi-channel acceleration signal and strain signal,and processing and analysis of the collected signals,the results show that the design of the simulation device of wind load of oil derrick is feasible and can effectively simulate the wind load of the oil derrick.
