Oil derrick is the main bearing equipment in drilling operation.In the process of disassembly,transportation and service,human or environmental factors may lead to local micro damage which is not easy to find.The wind safety of oil derrick with micro damage will be reduced.In order to solve the problem of safety evaluation of oil derrick under wind load,this paper studies the response characteristics of oil derrick under wind load by using the method of time history analysis of wind vibration response,puts forward a reasonable method of wind safety analysis,and designs corresponding experiments to verify the research results.The main work of this paper is as follows: the equivalent static force of wind load is calculated with the help of wind vibration coefficient,and then the equivalent static wind load of oil derrick is analyzed;The characteristics of wind load and the structural characteristics of ZJ70 oil derrick are studied.Combined with the characteristics of the two,a numerical simulation method of wind field of oil derrick based on linear filtering method is proposed.According to the structural characteristics of oil derrick,it is divided into four sections,and the wind pressure of each section is loaded by the wind field value based on linear filtering method,The response data of oil derrick in the process of wind-induced response analysis are extracted;By comparing the results of equivalent static analysis and wind-induced response analysis,the necessity of wind-induced response analysis of oil derrick is verified;The influence of wind strength,damping and damage on displacement and stress response of oil derrick under wind load is studied by using wind-induced response analysis method;A wind resistant safety analysis method for oil derrick is proposed,this method is based on the stress response data of oil derrick under wind load.Firstly,the response data is normalized,and then the reliability index and failure probability of oil derrick components under wind load are calculated by using the design point method,which can quantitatively evaluate the wind safety of oil derrick;Taking ZJ70 oil derrick model in the laboratory as the research object,the wind load excitation experiment was carried out,and the acceleration response and strain response of each part of the oil derrick during the experiment were collected.The results show that the method based on linear filtering is simple and effective;The maximum axial stress of ZJ70 oil derrick reaches 283.793 MPa under the condition of maintenance equipment,and the oil derrick is in an unsafe state;The wind-induced vibration response of oil derrick is less sensitive to damping,while the wind strength and component damage have a greater impact on the wind safety of oil derrick;Based on the wind vibration response analysis data,the wind resistance safety of ZJ70 oil derrick is analyzed.The results show that the wind load level of ZJ70 oil derrick working environment should not be higher than level 13;The results of wind-induced vibration test verify the conclusion of simulation to a certain extent,and the wind-induced safety analysis method of oil derrick based on reliability index can also be effectively applied to the experimental model.
