As one of the important equipment for continuous and semi-continuous mining in openpit mines,the dumper has a complex and harsh working environment,with serious problems such as noise and dust,and the driver has long working hours and high labor intensity.Therefore,it is very important to improve the working environment of the driver and improve the comfort of the driver's operation.At present,foreign construction machinery manufacturers attach great importance to the research on the comfort of the cab in the design and manufacture.However,in my country,due to the late start of the research and development of the dumper,the research on the interior space layout of the cab has not been involved,resulting in comfort The degree is insufficient,reducing work efficiency.Therefore,combining the basic theories of ergonomics,it is very necessary to design a cab that meets the needs of drivers in our country.This paper analyzes the current internal layout and components of the dumper cab based on the field investigation of a certain model of dumper independently developed in my country,and summarizes some problems in the dumper cab,such as the operation interface.The layout is unreasonable,the shape of the console is not comfortable enough,and the space layout inside the cab is unreasonable.Comprehensive application program optimization method,vehicle ergonomics theory,human-machine interface,indoor space layout theory,etc.,establish the overall framework of this article,and clarify the main research content of this topic,namely the optimization of console comfort and the indoor space layout of the cab Design two parts.For the comfort optimization study of the operating console,the improved AHP-entropy weight method is used to analyze all operating elements,and based on the frequency and importance of the elements,the weight value of each operating element is obtained,and the priority of the operating elements in the cab Sorting and establishing a four-quadrant model of operating elements;according to the sorting results and the driver's use logic and experience,the operating elements are classified,and two options for the layout of the operating table based on the weight of the elements are designed.Then,three-dimensional models of these two programs were established.Finally,the subjective evaluation results show that the plan 1 is increased by 31.9%,and the plan 2 is increased by 43.2%.Siemens Jack simulation analysis shows that the operation interface layout and the design of the console of the improved plan 2are relatively more reasonable and more comfortable.In the indoor space layout design part,by combining the principles of indoor space design,using the spatial movement method and the human body size and biomechanical properties in ergonomics,under the premise of satisfying the driver's use function,the equipment size,The position,shape and color have been improved design.In order to verify the effect of the improvement plan,the improved AHP-entropy weight method was used to obtain the index weight value of the unified expert opinion.The result showed that the functional integrity was improved by 13.04%,the correlation between the components was increased by 27.78%,and the functional area division was reasonable.Increased by 41.20%,increased comfort during use by 44.05%,and increased visual comfort by 42.86%.The improved cab space layout scheme is relatively more reasonable and more comfortable.This paper solves the problem of unreasonable layout of operating elements in the cab of the dumper,and obtains a layout plan of the console based on weight analysis and operation logic,and carries out the modeling design of the console from this,and solves the unreasonable layout of the cab's indoor space.At the same time,a method for evaluating the indoor space layout plan is proposed,which provides a theoretical basis for the subsequent development and application of the dumper cab.
