The belt roadway of the west wing of Nanguan Mine,as an important transportation and pedestrian passage in the third mining area of the west wing,has been affected by dynamic pressure and soft rock for a long time,the roof of the roadway is deformed and broken seriously,the two sides are broken and the bottom bulges are serious,which leads to the complete failure of the surrounding rock-support system and the more frequent maintenance period of the surrounding rock of the roadway.This paper studies the damage degree of the surrounding rock of the roadway,analyzes the weak surface structure,fissure development,stress transfer and concentrated distribution characteristics of the surrounding rock,and adopts bolting and bolting technology to give full play to the self-bearing capacity of the surrounding rock as far as possible without the use of heavy steel support to harden,At the same time,grouting reinforcement eliminates a large number of free surfaces such as cracks and cracks in the interior,and guides the roadway to reinforce the seriously deformed surrounding rock range,which provides a certain scientific basis for the reinforcement design of the roadway in the west wing of Nanguan Coal Mine.Based on theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and field industrial test,the paper analyzes the reasonable bolting design and construction parameters of the soft rock high stress roadway in Nanguan Coal Mine,which enables the underground roadway to maintain the stability of the surrounding rock control for a long time.Through the field experimental analysis,the surrounding rock shows obvious rheological characteristics because of the ground stress and other geological conditions of the rock mass,and by improving the support strength and range of the roadway,roadway can maintain the stability of the surrounding rock control for a long time,And has obtained the good surrounding rock support application result.By adopting bolting and grouting support scheme to further improve grouting parameters,the surrounding rock of Nanguan Mine can maintain the integrity of surrounding rock structure under dynamic pressure strip,and enhance the supporting ability of roadway surrounding rock to underground space and roof overburden.The surface displacement of surrounding rock is relatively large,and good results of surrounding rock support have been obtained.
