With the development of society,cars have become an indispensable travel tool for people.The engine as the "heart" of the cars,its importance is self-evident.The camshaft as an important part of the engine,the position is subjected to periodic impact load when running at the end of engine lubrication system,which is easy to wear and failure.Laser cladding remanufacturing technology uses laser to cover the repaired parts with metal powder to restore or even exceed the performance of the retired products.it is one of the effective ways to recycle the residual value of waste products.Therefore,based on the quality evaluation of camshaft remanufacturing and its reservice reliability,this paper mainly completed the following work:(1)The CAD model of the engine was established,the relative motion of the camshaft and tappet is simulated at the average speed of the engine,the acceleration curve and contact force curve of camshaft movement are obtained.The transient force between the CAM and the tappet is analyzed,and it is found that the transient force is the largest when the tappet contacts the upper surface of the CAM,which indicates that the upper surface of the CAM is the most vulnerable to wear and failure.(2)Came up with Camshaft based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(AHP)laser cladding material selection,based on the efficiency of laser cladding materials,thermal property,environment three selection criterion index layer value and importance in the construction of the judgment matrix of camshaft wear lighter and heavier two cases combined with laser cladding materials selection criterion is analyzed,it is determined to use laser cladding material to remanufacture the camshaft.(3)According to the ANSYS Workbench to three process parameters,laser power,laser cladding speed and laser spot radius,were numerically simulated for the temperature field of laser cladding camshaft.According to the orthogonal test of three process parameters,the best process parameter combination of laser cladding camshaft was selected.According to the result of the camshaft of laser cladding temperature field in laser cladding layer and the camshaft in combination with the location of the stress field simulation,analysis of the three process parameters for the simulation of laser cladding is the greatest influence of laser power finally followed by laser speckle radius is the laser cladding speed,the position of the perpendicular to the direction of the laser cladding are more likely to produce stress concentration.(4)According to the maximum residual stress value of the laser cladding bonding position,First by selecting size of cladding layer design variables and cladding material thermal physical property parameter sensitivity analysis in the form of design variables according to the design variables to analyze the parameter sensitivity of the response surface analysis,based on multi-objective genetic algorithm for parameters optimization iteration avoid falling into local optimum and concluded after parameter optimization value,according to the optimized design variable camshaft of laser cladding remanufacturing based on reliability analysis of Six Sigma.
