Research On Evaluation And Influencing Factors Of Technological Innovation Efficiency Of Coal Listed Enterprises

Nowadays,China's economic development has entered the new normal,under the idea of supply-side structural reform,China's coal enterprises in the "three to one down one to make up" under the pressure of "de-capacity",the future development task is very difficult.In addition,the state pays more and more attention to the construction of ecological environment,and has incorporated the construction of ecological civilization into the overall layout of national development.The pollution of the ecological environment of coal enterprises is becoming more and more serious,which has a negative impact on the future development of coal enterprises.Therefore,overcapacity and ecological environment pollution have become two major obstacles to the development of coal enterprises.Therefore,if coal enterprises want to overcome the two major obstacles,they must innovate their own technology,many coal enterprises have realized and embarked on technological innovation activities,but there is still a "repeated creation,long drive" problem.It shows that there is a problem of low efficiency of technological innovation in coal enterprises,so the efficiency problem restricts the development of coal enterprises.Therefore,it is of great significance to evaluate the technological innovation efficiency of coal enterprises,and to promote the healthy and sustainable development of coal enterprises.Taking 18 coal enterprises listed in Shenzhen and Shanghai as research objects,this paper summarizes the index of innovation efficiency of the technology innovation efficiency of coal listed enterprises by reading the papers related to the efficiency of technological innovation in recent years.From the input,output and environmental impact of the three aspects of the summary of 11 indicators,the coal listed enterprises to improve the efficiency of technology innovation model.The three-stage DEA model and methods are used to evaluate the technological innovation efficiency of 18 coal-listed enterprises in Shenzhen and Shanghai from a static and dynamic perspective,and classify the coal listed enterprises according to the evaluation results,and make a more detailed evaluation from the three aspects of scale efficiency,technical efficiency and technological progress.After that,this paper selects 8 indicators as the influencing factors through a large number of literature reading,constructs the Tobit correlation model,and makes a profound analysis and evaluation of the main factors influencing the technological innovation efficiency development of coal listed enterprises.The results of the study show that:(1)From the static evaluation results,the first stage of coal listed enterprises with low comprehensive technology efficiency,generally less than 0.8,weak efficiency of technological innovation,coal listed enterprises due to low efficiency of technology innovation.The environmental factors of the second stage have a great influence on the technological innovation efficiency of coal listed enterprises.The third stage of coal listed enterprises in the development of technological innovation efficiency is relatively stable,but the score is still not high,the efficiency of technological innovation is weak,there is still room for improvement.(2)From the results of dynamic evaluation,the change trend of the technological progress of coal listed enterprises in the first stage is consistent with the total factor productivity,which shows that the change of total factor productivity in each year is mainly affected by the change of technological progress.The third phase is similar to the first,with changes in total factor productivity in each year mainly affected by technological advances.(3)From the analysis of Tobit correlation analysis,environmental input,government subsidy and total assets are positively correlated with the technological innovation efficiency of coal listed enterprises,and the quality of workers,operating income,total profit,equity structure and asset-liability ratio are negatively correlated with the technological innovation efficiency of coal listed enterprisesFinally,from the six aspects of strengthening ecological environment protection,exerting the role of government,paying attention to the internal construction of enterprises,expanding the scale of investment,improving the independent innovation ability and strengthening the cooperation of industry,education and research,this paper puts forward some countermeasures to improve the efficiency of technological innovation of coal enterprises in China.
