As an industrial country,manufacturing industry plays an important role in China's economic construction.With the gradual advancement of the "made in China2025" plan,the production mode of traditional manufacturing enterprises has also undergone major changes,and is gradually transformed to intelligent manufacturing.ZigBee technology has received special attention in industrial production.It not only makes the remote control machinery automatic processing more convenient,but also builds a bridge for the personalized intelligent production mode of enterprises.Cloud server technology is also gradually into the field of vision.Compared with traditional servers,cloud servers have great advantages in reliability,flexibility,stability and maintenance cost,and are gradually welcomed by small and medium-sized enterprises.In order to meet the needs of string winding machine manufacturers in ensuring the processing quality of strings,extending the service life of the winding machine and maximizing profits,this paper takes ZigBee protocol technology as the main technology core and adopts cloud server as the platform.By means of modifying the PLC in the specific type of automatic string winding machine,designing and establishing the ZigBee network,designing and developing the data service center,etc.,this model of string winding machine can realize the detection of the string processing material source,and can automatically select the processing method according to the material type.This paper mainly carried out the following work:(1)Introduced the processing method of the piano string and the main structure of the winding machine,according to the project requirements on the whole system analysis and design,and the project adopted technology and related hardware are introduced.(2)Refitted the PLC in the string winding machine,so that it can realize the bar code data collection and data sending and receiving,and can automatically control the processing mode according to the received processing information.(3)Deeply analyzed the main structure of ZigBee network,selected the appropriate network topology according to the actual situation,designed the networking process,and completed the design of node workflow,data transmission flow and data packet.Moreover,the s-mac mechanism is used to reduce the energy consumption of nodes and the algorithm is optimized.(4)This paper analyzes the required functions of the data service center,and on this basis completes the design and development of the database and server,and develops the management software including user management and login,product information processing and query,enterprise information management and query functions.(5)Conduct sub-module test and overall test for the whole system to check whether it meets the requirements of the project.
