With the increasing scarcity of onshore oil and gas resources and the needs of national energy strategies and industrial development,offshore oil and gas resources have increasingly become the vanguard of the development of the oil economy.As an important part of the development,storage and transportation of offshore oil and gas resources,offshore pipelines have been affected and eroded by the harsh marine environment for a long time,resulting in frequent safety accidents such as leakage of offshore pipelines.While threatening the safety and quality of oil and gas transportation projects,they also Caused a lot of economic losses and serious environmental pollution.Therefore,the use of effective means and methods to study and predict the corrosion failure of pipelines has important practical significance for the safe operation and risk prevention of offshore pipelines.Based on the analysis of the current marine pipeline corrosion mechanism,common detection techniques and corrosion prediction methods,this article mainly conducts research on the following three aspects: The first part is the analysis and research of marine pipeline corrosion factors.In this part,using LASSO regression and ridge regression as the main research methods,the applicability of the two methods is discussed,compared and analyzed through theoretical analysis and empirical analysis,combined with the actual sea coupon test data to extract the influence of marine pipeline corrosion Significant influencing factors provide a data basis for the subsequent prediction work;the second part,on the basis of the research in the first part,conducts a research on the prediction of the corrosion rate of marine pipelines.First,verify and discuss the optimal parameter values of the WOA optimization model,and then use WOA to optimize the parameters of LSSVM,build a WOA-LSSVM combined model to predict the corrosion rate of marine pipelines,and verify the prediction accuracy of the model through empirical analysis.Lay the model foundation for the prediction of the remaining corrosion life of the following;the third part,the prediction of the remaining life of the marine pipeline corrosion.Combining gray theory with artificial intelligence methods,constructing GA-GM(1,N)-WOA-LSSVM combined variable weight model through genetic algorithm to predict the corrosion depth of marine pipelines,combining the corrosion development law and the maximum allowable corrosion depth calculation Method to predict the corrosion remaining life of marine pipelines.The research results show that the model built in this paper has good generalization ability and predictive performance,more accurately predicts the corrosion rate and remaining life of offshore pipelines,can better reflect the actual corrosion situation of offshore pipelines,and can be used for offshore oil and gas transportation systems.Provide scientific guidance and reference basis for risk prevention and safety management.
