| Gold,as a metal with a very unique status,plays a crucial role in the fields of manufacturing,national security and economic safety;it is also referred to as “the king of the metal”.After the reform and opening up,the China’s gold industry adopted a new developing path leading by market rule and scientific theory.Hence,a vast of China’s gold enterprises emerged with international influence in this stage correspondingly.So there is a great strategic significance to have a study on the current situation,their short boards and the gap between domestic and international level of China’s gold industry.This paper mainly uses the method of comprehensive induction,and has a research on the industrial structure,industrial behavior and industrial performance based on SCP theory paradigm.In the second chapter,we first sort out the concept definition of industrial performance,clarify the connotation and extension of evaluation content.At the same time,according to the development sequence,the three stages of strategic performance evaluation are summarized.The third chapter describes the gold and gold industry attributes,status and role of the summary and definition,but also on the historical evolution of China’s gold industry were collated and analyzed.The fourth chapter,the fifth chapter and the sixth chapter from the SCP paradigm "structure behavior performance" of the three dimensions of China’s gold industry conducted a complete analysis based on the SCP paradigm.The seventh chapter combines the quantitative analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and the soft system method of qualitative theory(SSM)framework of strategic performance index weight and the gold industry were extracted and calculated,and thus constitute a complete strategic performance evaluation framework of gold industry.The eighth chapter makes an empirical evaluation on the performance of China’s gold industry according to the identified,collected,processed evaluation indicators and evaluation data.The ninth chapter and the tenth chapter analyze the international benchmarking and international experience summary,put forward relevant suggestions and future research prospects.Chinese gold enterprise first should optimize the structure of the China’s gold industry through strengthening the international competitiveness of the Chinese giant gold enterprises.Second they should redistribute the gold mine resources world widely to reduce the operational and environmental risks.Third they should redistribute the gold mine resources world widely to reduce the operational and environmental risks.Fourth they should further improve the operation efficiency of the China’s gold industry by increasing the R&D investments in hardware and software means.At last they should adopt the idea and regulations of “Responsible mining” in the whole China’s gold industry,which contributes to establish a harmony and low-risk environment,in terms of operation and society,for the gold enterprises.The innovation of this paper lies in:(1)This paper analyzes the status quo and problems of China’s gold industry by applying the SCP industry analysis paradigm to China’s gold industry(2)This paper made an analysis based on the comparison of Chinese and foreign gold industry,revealed the status of China’s gold industry as a whole in the international gold industry.(3)This paper integrates the SPC paradigm into strategic performance evaluation,and made an analysis of the performance level of China’s gold industry development strategy through the combination of qualitative and quantitative evaluation of SSM+AHP+3E framework. |
