The coal industry has always played an important role in social life.It is not only the primary energy source on which human beings depend for survival.Even by 2050,coal will still account for 50% of the energy. But in the aspect of coal development and utilization, the effective utilization rate is low,the recovery rate is only 30% ? 40%,and the high value-added coal is only used as fuel.Coal enterprises urgently need to realize structural adjustment, transformation development and industrial upgrading,to high value, high quality mode transformation. The servitization transformation of coal enterprises can effectively help enterprises out of the development dilemma by mining customer demand information, maintaining the information exchange among relevant stakeholders, increasing the input of service as intermediate product and the proportion of service in output product, and improving the industrial profit rate. Therefore,it is of great significance to study the impact of coal enterprises' servitization transformation on their performance under different situations. The main research work of this paper includes the following aspects:(1)Build a conceptual model of the impact of service-oriented transformation on performance. In manufacturing value-chain theory of reference and scholars on the basis of research on coal enterprise productive service, service connotation, coal enterprises is given to coal enterprise service types are divided into productive service, service production and customers to participate in three parts, points out that the enterprise service, should from the resources reorganization, deepen and resources development,in three aspects: To explore the transition stage of servitization and put forward the feasible path of servitization. The "internal motion-external pressure and pull" model of coal enterprises' servitization transformation is built, and the influencing factors in the transformation process are deeply analyzed.Four types of agents are abstracted from the model: coal enterprises' agents, customers' agents, scientific research institutions' agents and government agents, and the interaction and influence among the agents are revealed.Based on the theory of planned behavior, the behavior of each agent is analyzed, and different behavior models of each agent are constructed.Based on the dynamic capability theory, the performance of servitization transformation is divided into product performance and customer performance, and an improved Cobb Douglas production function is used to construct a performance model of servitization transformation.(2)The simulation model of the impact of service-oriented transformation on performance was built and the simulation experiment was run and the results were analyzed.Based on the multi-agent simulation modeling method, the simulation model of the impact of service-oriented transformation is built.Through four experiments, this paper explores the impact of different risk attitudes, different organizational agility, different market sizes and different policy support on the performance of coal enterprises in service-oriented transformation. The results show that: with the change of risk attitude from risk aversion to risk preference, the performance of service-oriented transformation shows an "inverted U-shaped" curve. With the increase of organizational agility, the performance of service-oriented transformation shows an "S-shaped" curve growth trend. As the market scale becomes larger, the performance of service-oriented transformation gradually becomes larger and eventually tends to be stable. With the increase of policy support, the performance of service-oriented transformation shows a continuous growth trend, that is,the policy support has a positive regulating relationship with the performance of service-oriented transformation.
