As the primary transportation mode of oil and gas transportation,pipeline has the advantages of large transportation volume,strong sustainability,good airtightness and easy monitoring.With the increase of the length of pipeline laying and the deepening of the degree of "aging",pipeline perforation,rupture,leakage and other failure accidents caused by corrosion occur frequently,which brings great hidden danger to the safety of human life and property.Therefore,the research on pipeline corrosion failure prediction is of great significance for the safe and effective operation of pipelines.In this paper,based on the analysis of the existing corrosion failure prediction methods,combined with the related theories of pipeline corrosion,the GM mathematical model and LSSVM algorithm were selected to study the depth and corrosion rate of pipeline corrosion,and on the basis of which,an improvement was made for the corrosion failure prediction of buried pipeline.The improved APSO-GM(1,1,?)model and the prediction method of APSO optimized KPCA-LSSVM are proposed.Secondly,the concept of dynamic corrosion rate is introduced,and the predicted value of the corrosion rate model is integrated with time to calculate the corrosion depth.Then the IOWHA operator was used to dynamically adjust the weight of the prediction results of the two single model,and the combined prediction model of buried pipeline corrosion failure based on optimized GM-LSSVM was established.Ends with a buried test section in service as an example for the simulation analysis,the results show that the combined model is compared with single model has higher prediction precision and strong stability,both make up for the deficiency of the GM theory of long-term forecasts,and overcome the LSSVM method to poor poor data processing of short board,is a more effective and reliable corrosion failure prediction method.The combined model constructed in this paper provides a reference for the prediction of the residual life of pipelines.However,due to the limited research level,only the influence of external corrosion was considered in the research process,and how to strengthen the interaction between internal and external corrosion will be the key research direction in the future.
