As we all know,tea has a long history in China.And oolong tea,as one of the six major tea families in China,has distinctive Chinese characteristics.Oolong tea is an important economic crop in Fujian and other places,but the production equipment research of oolong tea is relatively lagging.At present,there are some oolong tea production equipments which mainly involve the shaking,curing,drying and root removal of oolong tea,but the research progress of the equipment for rolling and forming is relatively slow.Although the existing rolling equipment has been mechanized,it has the disadvantages of unstable rolling quality and low production efficiency.And the molding equipment is mainly includes speed charter machine and tea press machine.Although speed charter machine can guarantee the quality of tea,it has the disadvantages of high labor intensity,low production efficiency,neegding a large amount of wrapping cloth and can not achieve continuous and clean production line.Although tea press machine has improved production efficiency and reduced labor intensity,it has seriously reduced the quality of tea.At present,it has been strictly forbidden to use in some areas.Based on this,this paper takes oolong tea as the object,and aims to realize the design of the machine integrated by rolling and forming suitable for continuous line processing of strip oolong tea.The structure design and development of the rolling forming test platform are mainly carried out on the basis of the 25 type rolling machine.The research puts forward a new type of oolong tea kneading and forming process which combines rolling and pressing together,and conducts a multi-index orthogonal test.It verifies the feasibility of the new forming process,and gets the proper process parameters for rolling and forming.According to the process parameters obtained from the experiment,the structure of the machine integrated by rolling and forming suitable for the new process about strip oolong tea was designed.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)According to the rolling pressure on the existing rolling machine is not enough to cause the tea completely into a strip,this paper analyzes and calculates the pressure required for forming and designs the pressure mechanism based on it.Designing the supporting mechanism to improve the structural strength of the rolling machine.And the finite element software is used to simulate and analyze it.The structure of the rolling arm was optimized,and the structure design of the rolling and forming test platform was completed.The control circuit was designed and the physical construction of the experimental platform was completed.(2)In this paper,a new process of forming strip oolong tea by rolling and pressing was presented and compared with the traditional process.A multi-index orthogonal test was carried out on the rolling and forming test platform,which took the forming rate of the strip oolong tea,the rate of the broken tea and the time efficiency as evaluation indicators.Then determining the appropriate process parameters and the best combination of process parameters for the new process of rolling and forming strip oolong tea through the range analysis method and the variance analysis method,and the optimal process parameter combination was used to test again.The comprehensive score of the optimal process parameter combination was 5.680,which was higher than that of the other 27 orthogonal experimental groups in this paper.This indicates that the comprehensive forming quality of the strip oolong tea is the best.(3)Based on the suitable process parameters and the optimal combination of process parameters,the rolling and forming mechanism was redesigned to combine the rolling and forming together.The dead-point support mechanism was designed to ensure the structural strength of the rolling and forming mechanism.And the finite element software is used to simulate and analyze it.And giving four precise positions of the outlet door and solving it according to the theory of solution region synthesis,the discharging mechanism of the machine integrated by rolling and forming was designed.And the structural design and virtual prototype modeling of the machine integrated by rolling and forming were completed.
