Magnetic fibre is a kind of fuctional textile fiber which use the melt spinning orwet spinning method let the permanent magnetism particles evenly commingling intothe polymer solution or spinning solution, the fiber color is grey (light coffee color).The permanent magnetism particle has special sanitarian properties. It can promotethe blood circulation, strengthen the body immunity, activate the body cells andeliminate fatigue and so on.In order to better research and analyze the basic performance of magnetic fiberand yarn, then apply it to the research and development of functional knitting clothing,this article choose the fineness is18.6tex magnetic fiber blended yarn (magnetic fiberand viscose, the blend ratio is40/60) made by zhejiang yiwu siyue textile co.,LTD.Through the basic performance study of magnetic fiber and yarn, the article tested themagnetic fiber section form, infrared spectrum and mechanical properties, and themagnetic fibre blended yarn mechanical properties, twist, evenness degree, wetcontent, heat resistance and acid-proof alkaline.Based on the study of magnetic fiber and blended yarn properties, the magneticfabric stitch and knitting process were designed on the STOLL CMS530HP fullyautomatic computer flat knitting machine. Then developed six kinds stitch fabric andtested these fabric’s basic properties.In order to facilitate the bleaching and dyeing process go smoothly, the articlescoured the magnetic fabric, the scouring process is NaOH3%, penetrating agent JFCis3g/L, temperature is95℃, process30mins, the liquor ratio is1∶30. After scouringprocess, using1g/L acetic acid neutralize process10mins in80℃, and then wash anddry the magnetic fabric.The article choose hydrogen peroxide as the bleaching agent to bleach the scouredmagnetic fabric, then choose the fabric whiteness and bursting strength as bleachingassessment index, use the single factor analytic method to analyze the hydrogenperoxide dosage,bleaching time, bleaching temperature and pH value. Meanwhileusing orthogonal analytic method to optimize the bleaching process of magneticknitting fabric, the bleaching process is hydrogen peroxide dosage is15mL/L, process60mins, the temperature is80℃, pH value is10, sodium silicate is3g/L, penetratingagent is3g/L, liquor ratio is1:20. After the bleaching process, the fabric’s whiteness with no obvious improve, but the fabric bursting strength down slightly. So in order tonot affect the fabric strength, we can in line with the actual demand choose thebleaching process.Choose disperse dye and reactive dye respectively dyeing the magnetic knittingfabric which processed by hydrogen peroxide, Using high temperature and pressuredyeing method to process magnetic fiber, take the dyeing rate and K/S value asevaluation index, using the single factor analytic method to analyze the dyeconcentration, dyeing temperature, bath pH value and heating rate. Then use theorthogonal test analytic method to optimize the dyeing process, confirmed theoptimum dyeing process, the dyeing process like: disperse blue2BLN is2.5%(O.W.F.), the dye concentration is2.5%, dyeing temperature is135℃, dyeing bath pHvalue is6.0, heating rate is1.8℃/min, bath ratio1:50. On the basis of the magneticfiber dyeing process, the viscose fiber were dyeed by pre-alkaline dyeing method.after several experiments explored the reactive dye dosage, when the reactive blueLAN KN-G dosage was7%, the chromatism between magnetic fiber and viscosefiber is minimum, finally evaluated the magnetic fiber knitted fabric’s dyeing effect,the evaluate indexes are color fastness to washing, color fastness to crocking andcolor fastness to perspiration,all these indexes are shown the magnetic fiber knittedfabric have good color fastness.In order to evaluate the wearability of dyed magnetic knitted fabric, this articletested the fabric’s comfortability, fastness, appearance conformality and magnetictherapy. The test index including bursting strength, air permeability and moisturepermeability; absorbency and heat preservation; draping, crease recovery, rigidity andso on. The test results all shown that the wearability of magnetic fiber knitted fabric isexcellent. Magnetic displacement on the fabric surface reached the requirement ofhealth care clothing; magnetic fiber is suitable to develop the magnetic therapyknitting products.Finally we use the fuzzy mathematics comprehensive evaluation evaluated sixkinds stitch fabric’s wearability, the result show that the most suitable stitch fordeveloping the magnetic knitting fabric is air layer stich.
