| In order to reduce the silk-making and weaving process,and shorten the process of winding small-reel silk slices onto cylinders,this paper studies a short-process of winding small-reel silk slices onto cylinders.During the silk reeling process,the oiling technology is used to make the silk sliver adhere to the additives.The wet raw silk after oiling is dried by infrared drying technology and wound onto the small reels,and then the small-reel silk slices after oiling and drying are directly wound onto cylinders.Multiple processes such as the vacuum permeation treatment of silk slices,re-reeling,skein finishing,skein soaking and so on can be saved in the traditional silk slices winding onto cylinders process.The research of this subject is expected to provide reference for the industrial application of the short-process of winding small-reel silk slices onto cylinders in the actual silk-making and weaving process.Firstly,a automatic silk reeling machine with reeling oiling and infrared drying device was developed and installed on the laboratory,which can realize the short-process of winding small-reel silk slices onto cylinders.The infrared lamp tube was used to dry the small-reel silk slices,and the distribution state of the infrared lamp tube and the infrared drying setting temperature were changed,the technical parameters of the infrared drying device were determined according to the moisture regain of the small-reel silk slices.On the basis of determining the technical parameters of the infrared drying device,according to the evaluation indexes such as the number of broken ends of winding,mechanical properties,and cohesion performance,selected different oiling device installation positions,oiling drum speed and oiling drum rotation for experiments to determine the technical parameters of the reeling oiling device.Then,according to the determined technical parameters of the reeling oiling and infrared drying device,a small-reel silk slice with the specification of 22.22/24.44 dtex(20/22 D)was reeled and wound onto a cylinder,the microstructure and physical and chemical properties of raw silk were tested by SEM,tensile strength tester and cohesion machine,and compared with the traditional cylinder winded raw silk to explore the feasibility of the device for the short-process of winding small-reel silk slices onto cylinders.Secondly,the orthogonal L9(34)experimental method was used to optimize the oiling formula of the short-process of winding small-reel silk slices onto cylinders.The composite oiling agent containing“Turkey red oil+Soaking agent+Softener”and the composite oiling agent containing“EMANOL L-505+Silkyst SO+Solusol LS”was selected as oiling additives,respectively.The effects of the proportion of additives on the physical properties of the cylinder winded raw silk’s breaking strength,breaking elongation,loop strength,loop elongation,initial modulus and cohesion were studied,and according to the influence,two optimization schemes of oiling formula were obtained.Finally,the cylinder winded raw silk was prepared according to the optimized oiling formula,and the performance and structure of the cylinder winded raw silk prepared by the optimized oil formulation were tested,analyzed and compared with those prepared by the traditional process.The main results are as follows:(1)The self-developed reeling oiling and infrared drying device was installed with double lamp tubes in the infrared drying device,the infrared drying temperature was set to 55℃,the reeling oiling device was installed between the traver device and the small reels of the automatic silk reeling machine,and the oiling drum speed was set to 15 r/min,the oiling drum was turned from outside to inside(consistent with the small reels rotation),the device could meet the requirements of the short-process of winding small-reel silk slices onto cylinders.(2)The orthogonal optimization experiment method was used to study the oiling formula of reeling.Through range analysis,the results showed that under the condition of liquor ratio of oiling additives was 1∶10,the optimized oiling formula containing“Turkey red oil+Soaking agent+Softener”was as follows:the dosage of Turkey red oil was 7 m L,the dosage of soaking agent was 2 m L,and the dosage of softener was 1 m L;the optimized oiling formula containing“EMANOL L-505+Silkyst SO+Solusol LS”was as follows:the dosage of EMANOL L-505 was4 m L,the dosage of Silkyst SO was 2 m L,and the dosage of Solusol LS was 4 m L.(3)Compared with the cylinder winded raw silk prepared by traditional process,the surface morphology and aggregation structure of the cylinder winded raw silk prepared under the optimized oil formulation was not significantly different,and the physical properties of the oiling and infrared drying cylinder winded raw silk such as breaking strength,loop strength and cohesion were improved.There was no significant difference in other indexes,which can meet the requirements of silk weaving process for mechanical properties and softness of raw silk.The above research results show that the addition of a reeling oiling and infrared drying device on the automatic silk reeling machine can meet the requirements of the short-process of winding small-reel silk slices onto cylinders.The above two optimized oiling formulas are suitable for the short-process of winding small-reel silk slices onto cylinders,and the process obtained in the experiment has a certain feasibility to replace the traditional winding onto cylinder process. |
