Research On The Operational Efficiency Improvement Strategies Of G Coal Mine

As the main energy source of China,coal will continue to decline in the energy structure due to environmental pressures.However,due to the special nature of Chinese resource endowment,coal will still occupy a large proportion in the primary energy composition.As a larger coal company in North China,G coal mine has been expanding its production scale and output value in recent years,but it has gradually exposed its low operating efficiency.In this thesis,the operation efficiency of G coal mine is lower than that of other coal enterprises in the same industry and the same region through comparison.Taking the improvement of enterprise operation efficiency as the starting point,in-depth study of the current situation of low production efficiency of G coal mine;in-depth analysis of its existing problems and proposed corresponding improvement and optimization strategies;so as to achieve the ultimate goal of efficiency improvement.First introduce the background and content of the subject research,and then explain the relevant theories of development strategy,organizational change,and the BCG Matrix.This thesis uses survey methods,interview methods,questionnaire methods,quantitative analysis methods and other research methods for illustration,analyzing the problem with the actual situation of the enterprise to find out the bottlenecks.Then combined with development strategy theory to implement specific measures.Including: First,changing the organizational structure;second,building enterprise culture,increasing promotion channels,improving employee satisfaction;third,formulating pluralise synergetic development strategies.Finally,it summarizes the risks in the improvement process and formulates safeguard measures to lay the foundation for the healthy development of the enterprise.By formulating improvement plans to enhance the efficiency of G coal mine operations,the thesis demonstrates the application of corporate security development strategies,employee satisfaction strategies,and pluralistic synergetic development strategies in coal enterprises.Hope to bring more inspiration and ideas to others coal enterprises.
