Ventilation system is considered as the "blood circulation system" of the mine,which is an important basis to ensure the safety and production of the mine.As an important part of the ventilation system,the operation of local ventilator directly affects the safety production of coal mine.In view of the problem that the local ventilator is in the power frequency operation state for a long time,it can not automatically adjust the air volume according to the underground environment,resulting in a large amount of waste of electric energy,this paper puts forward an intelligent speed control strategy for the local ventilator in the coal mine,and designs the local ventilator control system,so as to realize the remote monitoring of the local ventilator by the staff in the mine,which makes the ventilation monitoring in the coal mine more convenient The automation level of the system is further improved.The main research contents are as follows:(1)In order to solve the problem that the ventilation air demand cannot be estimated,this paper uses artificial neural network to build the Elman neural network prediction model for the local ventilator air demand,and uses the improved genetic algorithm to optimize the weights and thresholds of Elman network.Through the prediction of the next moment air demand,it provides data support for the intelligent speed regulation of the ventilation.(2)By comparing the air demand predicted at the last moment with the current air volume collected by the sensor,the air volume error and error rate are calculated,and the fuzzy controller of air volume is designed by using the fuzzy control theory algorithm.At the same time,combined with the frequency conversion speed regulation technology,the local ventilator can realize the independent decision-making of start-up and stop,which effectively solves the problem of "one air blowing" of the ventilator.(3)In order to realize the proposed intelligent speed control system of local ventilator in coal mine,this paper selects arm+Linux to form an embedded platform,through the construction of cross compiler tool chain,bootloader,Linux kernel and root file system,and network device driver design of data transmission path between the shaft and underground,to provide a guarantee environment for the operation of local ventilator control system.(4)The monitoring system of local ventilator is designed by using configuration software to realize the man-machine dialogue between the workers on the well and the monitoring system,and the data interaction between the underground centralized control unit and the monitoring system is realized by using Modbus/TCP communication protocol.The experimental results show that the system can effectively realize the intelligent control function of the ventilator,and provide a certain method guidance for promoting the intellectualization and automation of the underground ventilation system.
