In the process of coal mining,in order to prepare new level,new mining area and mining face,a large number of roadways need to be dug.However,in the course of roadway excavation,in order to provide a safe and good working environment for the staff,the toxic and harmful gases such as coal dust and gas will be discharged out of the well,so it is necessary to ventilate the excavation working face.Through investigation and study,it is found that the automation level of some mines in China is relatively low,and the phenomenon of "one blow" in local ventilation system is more common,which seriously affects the safety production of driving face.To solve this problem,this paper selects TMS320F28335 DSP which is specially used for motor control as the core control chip,uses the fuzzy control algorithm and combines the voltage space vector pulse-width modulation(SVPWM)technology control strategy,and proposes a design scheme of local fan intelligent control system based on dual-mode fuzzy control algorithm.In this paper,in combination with the practical situation of the roadway drivage mine internal,analysis the roadway drivage local fan motor operating frequency and the corresponding fuzzy relationship between various influencing factors of internal,the roadway drivage in combination with the normal ventilation and prevent wind roadway.the two basic modes of ventilation,according to the characteristics of two ventilation modes,formulate the corresponding fuzzy control rules,A dual-mode fuzzy control model with multiple inputs and single outputs was established,and the monitoring value of gas sensor T3 at the mixed airflow inside the tunneling tunnel was selected as the switching signal of the two modes.Finally,the dual-mode fuzzy control model was modeled and simulated by MATLAB simulation technology software.The simulation results show that the fuzzy controller designed in this paper can realize intelligent ventilation according to the changes of gas and wind speed.In addition,in the process of practical work,the fan speed by the influence of multiple sensors signals from within the drivage roadway,and the relationship of each sensor in the system are hard to quantify,so this article chooses the subjective 3 scale theory of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP),combined with expert advice to determine the weight of each sensor of input signal,The weight result is optimized by iterative calculation.In terms of motor control strategy,the basic principle of voltage space vector pulse-width modulation(SVPWM)technology and the specific algorithm implementation process are introduced in detail,and the accuracy of the model is verified by MATALB modeling and simulation.In addition,the hardware design of the system,mainly completed the design of the main loop and control loop of the control system;In software design,the main program of the system,fuzzy control subroutine,frequency control subroutine design.Based on the above analysis and design,combined with the actual operation of the system,the rationality of the control scheme of the intelligent control system of local mine ventilator is verified.It not only provides technical support for intelligent gas emission of mine driving face,but also saves a lot of electric energy,responding to the call of national energy conservation and emission reduction.Figure[71]Table[19]Reference[80]...
