Solution and aging heat treatment process is one of the important technologies of aluminum alloy heat treatment,which can effectively improve the comprehensive mechanical properties of aluminum alloy parts.The air quenching production line of aluminum alloy is a special equipment mainly used for solid solution and aging heat treatment of aluminum alloy parts of automobile,mainly including heating furnace and air quenching furnace.In the whole heat treatment process of aluminum alloy parts,the temperature distribution in the furnace should be uniform,and the flow of furnace gas should be reasonable.However,it is difficult to obtain the distribution of temperature field and velocity field in the furnace by experimental measurement.Therefore,the design of heat treatment equipment and the formulation of heat treatment process still rely on the work experience of technicians and the results of repeated production tests.Compared with the traditional design method of heat treatment equipment,the development cycle is long and the heat treatment equipment obtained is often not optimal,which not only affects the quality of heat treatment of workpieces but also causes waste of resources.With the development of computer technology,with the help of CFD numerical calculation method,related engineering applications can be virtual designed and simulated,so that problems can be found and optimized in time,production loss can be reduced,cost can be reduced and development cycle can be shortened.Based on the above background,this paper is divided into three parts to simulate the flow field and temperature field in the air quenching production line of aluminum alloy(1)In view of the distribution of the flow field and temperature field in the furnace,a three-dimensional turbulent multiple reference system coupled heat transfer model was established,which fully considered the influence of lining insulation wall,fan rotation and furnace diversion structure on the flow field and temperature field in the furnace.The gas flow law and temperature distribution in the furnace are analyzed and optimized.(2)In view of the flow field distribution of air quenching furnace,a three-dimensional turbulent multiple reference system model is established to analyze and optimize the flow field uniformity in the furnace.The flow field distribution in the furnace is pre measured and analyzed under different fan speed and outlet width by using the research method based on the combination of least square support machine and CFD.(3)In order to provide the data base for the subsequent heat treatment production,the coupling heat transfer numerical calculation is carried out for the aluminum alloy workpiece in the furnace heating and air quenching stage,and the temperature field distribution in the process of workpiece heating and air quenching is analyzed...
