| Resin anchoring agent is the most widely used anchoring and bonding material in coal mines,and its advantages as active and prestressed supports for loose rock support have been widely known.The latex and catalyst in the resin anchoring agent are respectively wrapped in polyester film.In most cases,this film is unlikely to be completely broken,causing the anchor rod to be easily wrapped by a large film,thus forming a phenomenon that the package film is wrapped.Utilizing the crushing effect of steel particles and the effect of fully mixing the resin during the rotation of the bolt,it can effectively solve the problem of the wrapping of the resin coating film and the insufficient mixing of the resin when the coal mine bolt is supported.But this will be a more important point in this research under the premise that the mechanical properties of the resin anchoring agent are not weakened.In the study to verify that the mechanical properties of the resin anchoring agent are not weakened,five kinds of steel grains with a particle size of 0.6 ~ 2.2 mm are mixed with mineral resin materials,and the mixed weight and particle size of the steel grains are changed to prepare 47 standard cylindrical specimens,including pure resin specimens and steel grain specimens with different sizes and weights.First,the uniformity of the sample after the material is mixed is verified by computer tomography(CT scan);second,the uniaxial compressive strength,elastic modulus and tangent modulus(E50)are selected as indicators to evaluate the mixing ratio of steel grains The effect of improving the mechanical properties of the resin sample,and considering the effects of different steel grain sizes and different steel grain weights in each sample,a comprehensive discussion of the effectiveness of the steel grain weight and the steel grain size;finally,collect all the tests Such failure modes and make a comprehensive comparison.After passing two sets of tests,one is the resin ring 6mm test group,and the other is the resin ring 3-4mm test group.A total of 78 tests were carried out to prove its fragmentation effect by incorporating steel particles into the resin anchoring agent..The prepared bolt/cable installation machine equipment greatly restores the in-situ installation process,during which the rotation speed and torque of the motor are recorded.Then,the drawing test and the observation of the film wrapping phenomenon were carried out.The effectiveness of the incorporation of steel particles was clarified in terms of the improvement of mechanical properties and the ability to break the packaging film.The test results showed that the addition of steel particles of a specific size and proportion Incorporating the resin anchoring agent can improve the loadbearing performance of the bolt anchoring system.Encapsulation film and unmixed resin anchoring agent are the main factors leading to sample deviation and weakening of the load-bearing capacity.The effectiveness of the incorporation of steel particles has obvious randomness. |
