With the continuous development of China's textile industry,China has gradually realized the transformation to a "textile power",and rapier looms account for a large proportion of textile machinery market.However,there is an unbalanced development of domestic rapier looms,whose control systems lag behind foreign advanced technology in integration,intelligence,networking and other aspects.Moreover,most of the control systems have the problems of cost waste and functional redundancy.In order to solve these problems and meet the requirement of enterprise cooperation,this dissertation studied a specialized control system for rapier loom based on embedded technology,which has great practical significance and broad market prospect.In this thesis,the weaving principle of rapier loom,including its structure and main technological process,was analyzed in depth,which established the mathematical model for the subsequent research of integrated control system and provided a theoretical basis for proposing the structural scheme of the specialized control system.In order to improve the integration,networking and intelligence of rapier loom's control system,and enhance its portability and flexibility,the structure of rapier loom's control system was replaned legitimately.And the control system was divided into multiple function modules,including the main control module,the weft selecting and twisting control module,the let-off and take-up control module and other functional modules,and equipped with a variety of communication interfaces such as Can and Ethernet.In addition,according to the key parameters such as rotation speed and the design concept of distributed modularization,the hardware circuits such as switch input and output circuit and tension sampling circuit were designed and analyzed.Then,for improving weaving efficiency and quality of rapier looms and meet the process requirements of the partners,the corresponding control strategies were studied.For instance,in the aspect of weft sampling,the sampling strategy of fixed angle interval was studied to improve the validity of weft data.In the aspect of let-off and take-up control,the SVPWM control algorithm based on vector control was introduced to meet the technical requirements of special machine and achieve good motor driving control effect.In the aspect of warp tension control,the reason of warp tension fluctuation was analyzed,the tension control model was analyzed and built,and the fuzzy control algorithm combined with the traditional PID algorithm was proposed to control the warp tension,so as to improve the control accuracy,response speed and anti-interference ability.Eventually,some main hardware circuits were tested,and the key algorithms such as SVPWM and fuzzy PID were compared and analyzed by the way of simulation test combining with actual test.In conclusion,the specialized structure design based on embedded technology in this thesis improves the integration degree of rapier loom control system.And the hardware test results show that the specialized control system of rapier loom has 850 rpm electric driving ability and the basic conditions of network and intelligence.Furthermore,the simulation and actual test results prove the feasibility of the key algorithm studied in this system.
