Preparation And Research On Sunscreen Skin Care Products Of Camellia Oleifera Seed Oil

Ultraviolet radiation can lead to accelerated aging of the skin,easy sunburn,sunscreen skin care products can play a role in preventing ultraviolet sunburn.Most of the oil phase of sunscreen products on the market is mineral oil,and the absorption of vegetable oil is better than mineral oil.Camellia oleifera seed oil has many physiological activities and has the effect of resisting ultraviolet radiation damage.Based on the sunscreen effect of camellia oleifera seed oil,this paper prepares camellia oleifera seed oil sunscreen skin care.(1)When studying the anti-ultraviolet ability of camellia oleifera seed oil,decolorization processing was conducted.In the process,the optimum technology condition was that activated carbon was 0.74 times as much as diatomite.The total mass of the two accounted for 5.5%of the required decolorized camellia oleifera seed oil.Under 70°C,the decolorization rate of 31 min,reached 95.98%under the optimal conditions.After decolorization,the acid value and peroxide value were 0.81 mg KOH/g,0.72 mmol/kg;and the iodine value increased,which indicated that the decolorization treatment enhanced the stability of camellia oleifera seed oil and was not easy to undergo oxidation rancidity.The UV full wavelength scanning between 280?400 nm before and after decolorization was carried out.It was found that camellia oleifera seed oil absorbed ultraviolet light in 280?400 nm band before and after decolorization,that is,camellia oleifera seed oil absorbed ultraviolet light in UVA and UVB section.(2)Based on the anti-ultraviolet ability of camellia oleifera seed oil itself,microemulsion technology is used to prepare microemulsion.Taking camellia oleifera seed oil as oil phase,2%nicotinamide solution is aqueous,preparation of oil-in-water microemulsion.Among them,camellia oleifera seed oil accounted for 55%,TS 36.66%,nicotinamide solution 8.34%,Km=1:1,Ke=4:1.Camellia oleifera seed oil-nicotinamide microemulsion size 79.10 nm,PDI 0.215,Zeta potential-13.276 m V.The microemulsions were uniformly dispersed by TEM,stable and good.The oil-nicotinamide microemulsions of camellia oleifera seeds showed multiple absorption peaks between 280?400 nm.The ability to absorb ultraviolet light is better than that of camellia oleifera seed oil.Oil-nicotinamide microemulsion can remove DPPH·,·OH,ABTS⁺and O₂^-·,and the ability of scavenging free radicals is better than that of camellia oleifera seed oil.The results show that microemulsion embedding improves the anti-ultraviolet ability,stability and anti-oxidation ability.(3)Camellia oleifera seed oil nicotinamide microemulsions accounted for 83.33%,INCI 3.33%,OCR 6.67%and OMC 6.67%respectively.No irritation and good sensory evaluation.In the mouse test kit,there was difference between the he back of mice coated with camellia oleifera seed oil sunscreen skin care products and the ultraviolet model group in the skin SOD and CAT test.They had significant and extremely significant differences with the ultraviolet model group,respectively.Camellia oleifera seed oil sunscreen skin care products can improve SOD and CAT activity.Comparing the mice in the UV model group,experimental group can significantly reduce the content of MDA,have extremely significant differences(P<0.01).At the same time,the GSH-PX activity of the mice was high,high HYP content,compared with the ultraviolet model group,there was a significant difference(P<0.01).According to conclusions of the HE,VG,PAS,Weigert staining analysis,there was so little difference between camellia oil sunscreen skin care products and the blank control group about the skin thickness of mice.The degree of inflammatory cell infiltration and epidermal integrity were significantly better than those of the UV model group.
