Research On The Development Of Russian Gas Logistics Industry Under The “The Belt And Road” Initiative

The current international development trend is toward globalization and regional economic integration,which also means that the development of the world economy has become more diversified,more development opportunities,but also more uncertainties.These uncertain development factors are manifested in the following aspects: the international situation is complicated,and the undercurrent of relations among countries is surging;The international exchange rate fluctuates constantly and the European debt crisis and other crises still exist.In such a complex international environment,there is no doubt that we need stable and friendly solidarity and cooperation.As a member of a community of Shared future,we should maintain friendly co-existence,peaceful coexistence,cooperation and sharing with our team members.It is against this background that China took the lead in advocating the "The Belt And Road" plan to promote friendly cooperation between China and neighboring countries.The Belt And Road cooperation initiative is derived from the silk road economic belt and the 21 st century maritime silk road.They were put forward in September and October2013 respectively,with the aim of holding high the banner of peaceful development,promoting economic cooperation between China and countries along the belt and road,and building a community of Shared interests,Shared future and Shared responsibilities.The cooperation between China and Russia on natural gas and other energy resources dates back to the 1990 s,but this cooperation has always been a combination of challenges and opportunities.Russia pursues the goal of maximization of interests,but has no strong confidence in the cooperative China,and the development of both sides has been slow.Chance in all the way and in the "area" and the background of world economic pressures,to realize the importance of cooperation and development,Russia signed on May 8,2015 the law of the People's Republic of China and the Russian federation on the silk road economic belt construction and Eurasian economic union docking cooperation in a joint statement,the documents signed,means that Russia and China all the way "area" initiative was formally established.China has a large internal population and a huge demand for natural gas energy,making it a major energy consumer in the world.Actively seeking energy cooperation is also an important reason for "The Belt And Road".Russia's own abundant energy resources provide a greater possibility for the implementation of the follow-up initiative.At the same time,in recent years,Russia's domestic economic development is slow,but also needs the support of neighboring countries such as China,to inject new blood into its development,the bilateral cooperation and development potential is great,China and Russia can benefit from this initiative.This paper firstly makes a detailed literature survey to sort out the current
