With the arrival of the new economic era,the environment of enterprises has changed a lot.While integrating and improving the supply chain,enterprises also need to strengthen the procurement and supply management from a strategic point of view.In developing the combination of long-term and short-term sourcing strategy,on the basis of consideration of procurement strategies for the macroscopic environment and microcosmic environment on the impact,understand the impact of company from internal and external,to strengthen the company’s supply and demand balance relations and resource integration ability,targeted improve purchasing and supply management skill and technique,makes the company’s core competitiveness.At present,large state-owned enterprises have realized the importance of procurement management,and have spent a lot of manpower and material resources on the reform and integration of supply chain to improve procurement efficiency.However,they are still subject to the influence of internal environment and human factors,which makes it difficult to improve the efficiency in the procurement process,and the dividend of cost reduction is offset by internal consumption.Therefore,enterprises need to consider the impact of internal stakeholders on procurement in the procurement process,look at the procurement problems from a more comprehensive perspective,and solve the problems at the present stage by choosing more appropriate procurement strategies.This article through to the domestic and foreign procurement and related theory and the related contents in the stakeholders,on the basis of detailed research,located in the procurement activities of state-owned enterprises,and in WZ company as a typical case,analyzed the impact of stakeholders in the process of purchasing management,and further analysis of the current situation of mining,the problems existing in the analysis of its causes.Again based on the theory of purchasing management,stakeholder research,etc.,on the basis of Carla jack purchasing portfolio model,introduced the internal stakeholders affect the evaluation indexes,and by using social network analysis method of internal stakeholders influence do quantitative analysis,establish supply risk,profit impact,the influence of the internal stakeholders procurement strategy selection model,The classical nine purchasing strategies in the Karajak model were allocated to eight quadrants,and the corresponding purchasing strategies were obtained by determining the quadrant position of the purchased products in the model.And select the company’s actual procurement materials for analysis and research,according to the procurement strategy model to choose a more targeted procurement strategy,reduce ineffective waste,reduce procurement costs,improve procurement efficiency.Through the case analysis of WZ Company,it can be determined that the internal stakeholders have different influences on different procurement projects.Then,through the analysis of them,purchasing strategies can be selected to select the appropriate purchasing strategies in the model and apply them into practice.The research results of this paper provide a new perspective for the procurement management of enterprises,increase the influence of stakeholders in the selection of procurement strategy,establish a new procurement strategy selection model,and at the same time make the procurement strategy of WZ company in the process of procurement implementation targeted,so as to maximize the interests of enterprises.
