Research On Purchasing Strategy Improvement Of B Company Based On Material Classification

Purchasing is one of the important part of enterprise profits,and efficient procurement strategy is one of the important means to reduce enterprise production costs and improve enterprise competitiveness in the industry.Based on the theories of material classification and relevant procurement strategies,combined with the material characteristics of baby products,this dissertation makes an in-depth analysis of the existing problems in the procurement management of company B.there are three main problems.One is material on-time delivery rate is low.Second is inventory turnaround days are long;Third is development cycle of new products is long.Start from the BOM of company B,combining with the characteristics of materials used in the baby product manufacturing industry,the fuzzy clustering analysis method,the Kraljic matrix together to subdivide the materials.Taking company B's products as an example,the existing materials of company B are divided into four categories,including strategic materials,lever materials,bottleneck materials and ordinary materials.Based on the different procurement strategy of material design of different categories,strict implementation in the actual procurement work.From the perspective of qualitative and quantitative analysis to evaluate the implementation effects of B company's new procurement strategies based on different material classification.Finally,the dissertation evaluates the implementation effect of the optimization scheme from qualitative and quantitative perspectives.The research results of this paper effectively solve the problems encountered in the procurement of company B,reverse the adverse situation in the procurement work,and bring huge benefits to company B.At the same time,the research results also provide a reference for similar enterprises to find an effective material classification procurement strategy.
