| Supervision management is an important task in the management process of enterprises,and it plays an important role in promoting the implementation of major decisions and important tasks required by the superiors and decision-makers.At the same time,supervision management is also an emerging research field of enterprise management that is deeply interdisciplinary.It involves not only relevant national policies and regulations,but also management of various business areas of the enterprise.Therefore,supervision management as a topic selection is of great significance for SY Group to improve its management level and control capacities.This paper summarizes the current situation and development trend of the supervision management research,sorts out reference experience,related concepts and theories.This paper reveals the current situation and problems existing in the work of the supervision management system of the SY Group.Meanwhile it analyses the cause of the problem of the system from multiple perspectives such as institution,regulation,procedure,evaluation,office automation.Then it designs the optimization plan of SY Group's supervision management system.Not only it dose optimize existing inspection business processes and three main sub-processes based on the four steps of ESIA analysis method,it also complements the contents of the evaluation specifications and formulate quantitative supervision assessment standards following the principle of "evaluation on event".In order to ensure the optimization effect,it puts forward specific safeguard measures which mainly include system,organization,personnel,and technology guarantees.This paper conducts an optimization study on the supervision management system of the SY Group.In addition to the purpose of ensuring the implementation of company's decision-making and improving the management level,it hopes to provide a reference for the standardization of the SY Group's supervision management,as well as for other large enterprises. |
