China's South China Sea is rich in oil and gas resources,of which deepwater accounts for more than 2/3.It is an important succession area for my country's energy resources.It is a major national strategic initiative to realize the independent exploration and development of oil and gas resources in the South China Sea.There are only a few countries in the world of deepwater underwater production system equipment.The core technology is monopolized by foreign countries,and my country is in a blank state.In recent years,China has discovered Lingshui 17-2,the first large-scale self-operated deep-water gas field in the South China Sea.CNOOC has launched a project to study the selection and launching methods of underwater Christmas trees for the installation of underwater Christmas trees in Lingshui 17-2 gas field.The assignment provides theoretical basis and technical guidance.This paper first investigates and analyzes the marine environmental parameters of the Lingshui 17-2 gas field.Combining the geological reservoir conditions and production process characteristics of the Lingshui 17-2 gas field,the different types of adaptation of the underwater oil production tree in the Lingshui 17-2 gas field are carried out.Sexual analysis.In view of the characteristics of the vertical and horizontal Christmas trees that are currently popular in the world,according to the key parameters of reservoir fluid properties,pressure,temperature and other parameters of the Lingshui17-2 gas field,the types of underwater Christmas trees are optimized.Aiming at the characteristics of the existing ships that can be used for underwater Christmas tree installation in China,the applicability analysis of the launching method of Christmas tree in Lingshui 17-2 gas field was carried out,and the mechanical analysis model of the process of lowering the Christmas tree for the engineering ship was established.Using the finite element software,the simulation of the Christmas tree running process was carried out,and the dynamic mechanical analysis of the water entering process of the Christmas tree at different speeds was carried out.Based on the failure probability of the Christmas tree installation and installation in the OREDA database of the API-17 specification,the risk analysis of the installation process of each key component of the underwater Christmas tree was carried out using the FMEA method.According to the research and analysis,the horizontal Christmas tree type is recommended for the Lingshui 17-2 gas field underwater Christmas tree,and the engineering tree installation of Christmas tree is more suitable for the Lingshui 17-2 gas field.When the engineering ship is used to install the Christmas tree,the maximum stress during the decentralization process occurs at the connection between the lowering wire rope and the installation ship.Therefore,the risk points during the decentralization process are concentrated at the connection position between the steel wire rope and the installation ship.It is recommended to reduce the lowering speed before entering the water.Using FMEA method,the failure modes and failure causes of each key component of the Christmas tree were analyzed,and the risk priority and failure frequency were obtained,and the recommended measures were given.The research results in this paper can provide scientific basis and help for the selection of Christmas tree in Lingshui 17-2 gas field and offshore installation.
