Research On The Design Of The Anti-mite Functional Bedding Fabric With Compound Fragrance Of Plant And Traditional Chinese Medicine

According to the function of bedding fabrics market demand survey and literature information,I determined the function of plant medicine compound fragrance anti mite bedding fabric design.based on the function of the demand of the bedding fabrics,the selection and preparation of raw materials,yarn design,fabric organization design,pattern design and functional fabric bedding fabric design research.First of all,the consumer questionnaire and its results were analyzed,combined with the literature information,to understand the consumer's demand for composite fragrance anti-mite functional bedding fabric and the preferred style guidance,to determine the raw materials,yarn and bedding fabric color,pattern and other design points.Secondly,the preparation of multi-functional viscose fiber,the main raw material of the bed fabric with plant Chinese medicine compound fragrance and anti-mite function,was studied in the preliminary stage.The mixed plant extract of BXP and AC with a weight ratio of 3:2 was selected as the anti-mite function additive.Through the field test,the types of the complex fragrance essential oil and the most suitable formula D were selected: sweet orange,lavender,orange and citronella essential oil were selected,and the mixture ratio was5:1.5:1:0.5;Composite fragrance essential oil microcapsules with particle size D50=1.594?m and D90=3.005?m were prepared.A variety of blended adhesive films were prepared by adding different proportions of aqueous solutions of herbal extracts and complex fragrance essential oil microcapsules into the adhesive spinning fluid.The basic properties of the films were tested.Considering the test results and cost performance,The additive amount of composite fragrance essential oil microcapsule is 2% of the volume of spinning liquid,and the additive amount of BXP and AC mixed extract powder by weight is 10% of the content of nail fiber in viscose spinning liquid.Thirdly,according to the optimal adding amount of functional agent,functional viscose blends were prepared,and the multifunctional viscose fiber with herbal compound fragrance and anti-mite was prepared by wet spinning method.Test the related performance,the results show that compared with ordinary viscose fiber,plant medicine compound fragrance mite resistant viscose fiber generating new groups,crystallinity,orientation degree is slightly lower,cross section zigzag is more obvious,there are different degrees of cracks,more trenchant edges and corners,the longitudinal surface concave and convex and there are small particles,and a slight increase of elongation and moisture regain increased,In the natural condition,it has a good aroma retention performance,after 20 times of washing,the aroma retention rate is 3%,still has a light fragrance;It had repellent effect on mites,and the repellent rate was 73.53%.Then,warp and weft yarns were spun for the designed bedding fabric.The warp yarns were polyester/composite scented viscose fiber blended yarns with a fineness of 18tex×2and a blending ratio of 30/70.The zonal yarn is 100% pure spinning yarn of functional viscose fiber with compound fragrance and anti-mite,and the better spinning process,technological parameters and technical measures have been determined,and the problems such as easy breaking and poor form stability of functional viscose fiber used in botany and traditional Chinese medicine composite fragrance and anti-mite bed fabrics have been solved.Finally,two kinds of home textile bed fabrics,"Memory Time" and "Qi Ju Yannian",which have the function of compound fragrance and anti-mite,were designed respectively.The above warp and weft yarns were used to weave the fabric "Memory Time" with a warp density of 243 /10 cm and a weft density of 225 /10 cm through fabric organization design,warping,weaving and other processes.Through testing,the fabric has a good fragrance retention function.The repellent rate to mites was 63.08%,and the repellent effect was still good,while the fabric showed the appearance style of memory layer upon layer,mottled and hazy.After the fabric organization,printing pattern design,design "Qi Ju Yennian" fabric,the fabric effect shows the leisurely and quiet rural Chinese wind,through the use of environment simulation,reflects the product use effect.
