| Chinese herbal medicine of Litsea cubeba and fennel extract solution,thyme essential oil microcapsule and viscose spinning solution were blended.The viscose fiber with the function of antibacterial,anti mildew and anti mite of Chinese herbal medicine was prepared,and its properties were studied.First of all,the solubility of Litsea cubeba and fennel extract and the particle size of thyme essential oil microcapsule were studied.The results show that the solubility of the two extracts and the particle size of microcapsules can meet the requirements of wet spinning.The antibacterial and anti mildew resistance of the extract solution and thyme essential oil were studied,results showed that thyme essential oil,Litsea cubeba and fennel extract has certain antibacterial function,and thyme essential oil has the best antibacterial effect;Litsea cubeba extract and thyme oil has good mildewproof effect;and fennel extract has the good effect of anti mite.Secondly,In order to investigate the optimum proportion of three kinds of functional agents,three kinds of functional agents are mixed with viscose spinning solution.The blend membranes with different proportions were prepared,and their apparent properties,mechanical properties,swelling properties,antibacterial properties and anti mildew properties were studied respectively.According to the results of the performance,the two kinds of plant extracts for the alphacellulose content respectively,the optimum proportion of Litsea cubeba extract and fennel extract 7%,thyme oil microcapsule is a mass fraction of 2% viscose spinning liquid.Thirdly,according to the best addition ratio,three functional agents were mixed into solution and added to viscose spinning solution,and then the viscose fiber with the function of antibacterial,anti mildew and anti mite was prepared by wet spinning..Then,the basic properties of the functional viscose fiber were studied.,the results show that compared with the pure viscose fiber,the cell structure of the prepared functional viscose fiber is not changed,the degree of crystallinity and orientation were 41.3%,77.1%.It is basically the same with pure viscose fiber.There is no significant change in longitudinal and transverse morphology.The fracture strength decreases slightly,the elongation at break increases,and the moisture absorption performance is improved.Finally,the functional experiments of non-woven fabric were carried out.The results show that the antibacterial,anti mildew and anti mite function of the non-woven fabric have reached or exceeded the relevant national standsards. |
