At present, the common serious problems of oilfield water injection wells include well deviation, well scale formation and fouling, and interlayer interference, so existing conventional water distribution systems are often difficult to really achieve fine separated layer water-flooding operation, its reason lines in:the water injection allocator nozzle which in the conventional distribution system are arranged at one side of the column(eccentric water distributor) and the opening of water injection allocator nozzle is not adjustable, therefore, design and develop a concentric water distribution system which water nozzle is arranged in the center of water injection allocator and the opening of water nozzle can be adjusted in down hole in this paper.In this paper, designed overall plan of concentric water distribution system, made the 3D structural design of concentric water injection allocator which is the core part in the system, after the concrete structure determined, applied the theory of kinematics and kinematics simulation software ADAMS to analyze the motion of its spiral transmission mechanism, get the center cylinder’s motion law in the specific rotation rate; used the finite element theory and finite element analysis software ANSYS to analyze the mechanical characteristics of its center cylinder’s adjusting groove structure, get the variation range of its deformation, equivalent stress, equivalent strain in the driving torque and received the variation range of the displacement vector sum, equivalent stress; utilized the fluid mechanics theory and flow field analysis software FLUENT to analyze the water nozzle outlet flow field, receive the relationship between the center cylinder’s rotary lift, water injection rate and the pressure differentials of the inlet and outlet, the local resistance coefficient of water nozzle; completed selections of the concentric water distribution system’s matching equipment(packer and measuring adjusting apparatus, TPC controller).Through theoretical and simulation analysis of kinematics, mechanics based on concentric water injection allocator’s transmission thread mechanism and theoretical and simulation analysis of its water nozzle outlet flow field in this paper, fully validate the rationality and correctness of structure design of concentric water injection allocator and the realization of the function of the fine water injection.Using the concentric water distribution system to separate layer water-flooding, can improve the utilization rate of water which injected, reduce labor costs in the water injection operation, improve the comprehensive benefit of oilfield development.
