Most oil fields are anisotropic multi-reservoir sandstone reservoirs. All kinds of oil layer between the layers and the layer plane is quite different. Through dividing different oil layer, each well there are several or more than ten small oil exploitation layers. There is still great difference between the permeability of each oil layer, which has a great influence on water injection oil field exploitation. The layered production allocation device of Electric Submersible Pump can deal with three contradictions, the contradiction between each layer, the plane contradiction and the contradiction in the layer, and is a new device that can improve the efficiency of oil field development. The layered production allocation device adopts different production pressure drop to exploit oil well according to the different permeability of each oil layer. The production pressure drop should be appropriately controlled for the oil layer of high permeability and oil-producing ability, while the production pressure drop should be increased for the oil layer of low permeability and oil-producing ability. The high, medium and low permeability oil layers can play its due role as far as possible, so that the contradiction between each layer have been adjusted, the formation energy can be reasonably used and the oil production rate can be controlled. Therefore, the implementation of oil well layered production allocation is an effective measure to achieve high and stable long-term yield of oil field and enhance breakthrough oil recovery and ultimate recovery efficiency.The layered production allocation device of the electric submersible pump consists of underground data measurement, data transmission, executive body, inoue data processing, data display two major parts. The underground part and inoue part form a loop circuit through the three phase high-voltage power cable of oil well motor. The system adopts installation method of multi-level combined type. The underground part includes data measurement, data transmission, executive body, electric submersible pump and is sealed as a whole part.The main work is as follows:1. Proposing the measure and control system design program of oil well electric layered production allocation device and completing a system based on MSP430F149 as the core, stepper motor for executive body, flow detection module and pressure detection module as the data acquisition unit.2. The hardware design of the multi-layered measure and control system based on MSP430 MCU, including drawing the circuit board, doing experiments and analyzing the performance of each functional module.3. The software design of the multi-layered measure and control system based on MSP430 MCU. The system includes data acquisition and processing module, the module of valve motor controlling and the module of power line carrier communication.4. The experimental sampling machine has been made. The testing experiments have been simulated. The feasibility of the measure and control system has been verified.
