| Human resources is the first element of organizational development.The development of enterprises cannot be separated from the cultivation and promotion of the core competence of the talent team.The construction of training system is an important part of human resource management of enterprises,which has an important influence on the improvement of business skills and comprehensive quality of employees.China’s tobacco industry belongs to the monopoly of state-owned enterprises under the national monopoly system,under the influence of traditional enterprise system,the current part of the enterprise human resources management concept is relatively backward,and only a handful of enterprise knowledge management operation,most enterprises neglect the role of knowledge management in staff training system construction,therefore,combined with the development of the knowledge management system of staff training use,directly affects the development of tobacco industry in the new period.Combining with the domestic and foreign relevant theories about employee training results and practical experience,based on the basic idea of knowledge management,USES the questionnaire survey,B municipal tobacco companies,for example,the current staff training system present situation and existing problems are studied,combined with the current backward enterprises lack of employee training demand analysis,training mode,training,assessment of main problems such as insufficient,combined with the enterprise knowledge management work content,the optimization of training needs analysis,training content,training,training plan,training plan,training effect evaluation and so on optimization direction and specific measures are put forward,In order to improve the effectiveness of employee training,the employee training system is continuously deepened from the perspective of knowledge management.To ensure the training system of the optimized function,B,in this paper,the operation mode of the tobacco enterprise knowledge management,puts forward the tobacco enterprise staff training system optimization of safeguard measures,ensure the tobacco enterprise staff training the optimized operation,for the tobacco enterprise guarantee to achieve the goal of sustainable development strategy,improve the comprehensive quality of the tobacco enterprise personnel and level. |
