In all countries,the tobacco industry plays an irreplaceable role in the national financial revenue,and as an important pillar of the national tax revenue,the role of the tobacco industry in China is particularly obvious.With the rapid development of the world economic environment,most domestic tobacco enterprises are facing unprecedented opportunities,but also many challenges.At present,tobacco enterprises are facing three major challenges: excessive backlog of two tobacco stocks,increased market competition pressure and excessive cost pressure.With the continuous improvement of the tobacco industry,enterprises and employees in the industry are more deeply aware that personnel and technology are the basis and guarantee to promote the industry forward.Effective use of staff training to fully tap the inherent potential of employees has an irreplaceable impact on promoting the effectiveness of enterprise reform.Therefore,continuous improvement of the training system of tobacco enterprises can help to promote the long-term and steady development of enterprises.Heilongjiang Tobacco Company,as a provincial unit directly under the tobacco industry,has formed a preliminary staff training management system in recent years according to the industry development situation and the requirements of the National Tobacco Monopoly Bureau,and carried out staff training according to the system.But in the actual work,the effect of training is not ideal.Based on the relevant theories of employee training,this paper analyses the current situation of employee training system in Heilongjiang tobacco company.With the help of literature analysis,in-depth interviews and questionnaires,this paper investigates the actual situation of employee training in this enterprise,and draws a conclusion that the current system of employee training management system in Heilongjiang tobacco company lacks training needs.This paper analyses the problems of dull and single training form,incomplete coverage of training content and lack of a complete evaluation system of training effect,and makes an analysis of the reasons.According to the problems existing in the current training system of enterprises,the optimization strategies for training needs,training implementation process,training methods,training content and effect evaluation are put forward.Finally,the paper puts forward the safeguard measures to optimize the staff training system strategy in Heilongjiang Province,to ensure that the system optimization strategy can be strongly supported and achieve the optimization effect,in order to provide reference for the better development of staff training work in Heilongjiang Tobacco Company.
