Development Of Fixed Grip Mono-cable Ropeway High Surface Lifts

This project was developed in the context of China’s successful bid for the2022 winter Olympics,President xi jinping’s proposal of 300 million person-times of snow and ice,and the snow and ice environment of primary and secondary school students across the country.In response to the growth in the number of junior skiers and teenage skiers,there is a significant increase in the demand for primary ski lift equipment.After analyzing the forms of ski market at home and abroad,this paper explains the urgency and importance of this research.A systematic study was conducted on the primary ski lifting equipment.The research contents are as follows:The principle and basic composition of the high-level towing ropeway were explained,and the overall frame design and line support calculation of the line were completed.The formula suitable for the calculation of the tow ropeway is summarized.The calculation program was compiled with EXCEL software.Design of drive station equipment,detour station equipment,intermediate support equipment and control system for this towing ropeway.The calculation of the strength of the drive shaft and the detour shaft,the calculation of the displacement time of the rope and the anti-skid force of the rope are emphasized,and the ropeway configuration is finally completed.Reliability analysis of the towed ropeway equipment developed.Focus on determining the safety testing and signal feedback display that meet the requirements of the “Passenger Ropeway Safety Regulations”.Based on the concepts of mean safety factor and probabilistic safety factor adopted in the design of the tow ropeway and their relationship with reliability,the system reliability allocation is performed.Run tests on the installed equipment.The reliability of the system is verified based on the equipment test operation.In this paper,a comparative method is applied to key components such as line selection and drive detours,which minimizes the manufacturing cost and failure rate of the tow ropeway.In the long run,the successful development of this high-speed tow ropeway has not only good economic benefits,but also wider social benefits.
