In the process of steel production,derailment accidents of torpedo cars often cause serious casualties and property losses.Therefore,it is very necessary to monitor the derailment of torpedo cars and take corresponding preventive measures in advance.This thesis relies on the national key research and development program subject "Development of Technology and Equipment for Safety Monitoring and Early Warning of High-Temperature Molten Metal Transportation and Rollover Prevention"(2017YFC0805104)in the sub-project "Research and Development of Real-Time Safety Monitoring and Early Warning Equipment for Special Transportation Vehicle Transfer Operations",the torpedo car derailment monitoring technology has carried out relevant research and experiments.The research results have important reference value for the development of the torpedo car derailment monitoring system.The specific content is as follows:1.Aiming at the derailment accident of the torpedo car,the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is used to analyze the main factors of the accident,calculate the weight of the derailment factor,conduct a risk assessment of the derailment factor,and determine the main factor causing the derailment accident of the torpedo car.2.Analyze the main derailment types and operating characteristics of the torpedo car,and select the dynamic derailment evaluation criterion as the derailment evaluation criterion for the torpedo car.The longitudinal displacement index is selected as the main index of derailment monitoring,and the calculation formula of the derailment risk factor is derived by using the wheel-rail three-dimensional contact geometry calculation.3.Select the type of eddy current sensor used for monitoring.The static accuracy test and dynamic response test of the eddy current sensor were carried out to test the accuracy and response of the sensor.4.Designed a torpedo car derailment monitoring program,developed derailment monitoring software;carried out real vehicle tests in the demonstration unit,tested the software,and verified the effectiveness of the program.
