At present,with the increase of the application of vibration mill in fine processing,it can not meet the practical requirements to determine some grinding process parameters completely relying on experience in the application research of vibration mill.This paper takes an eccentric vibration mill as the research object,defines the grinding process parameters through the test method,and verifies it by DEM simulation.The research results can provide theoretical guidance for the optimal design of vibration mill.Under the condition of dry grinding test,it is analyzed that the grinding effect is the best when the medium filling rate is 80%,the material ball ratio is 0.7,and the vibration frequency is 50 Hz;under the same grinding time conditions,the feed particle size is-1 mm+When three narrow particle sizes of 0.335 mm,-0.335 mm+0.1 mm and-0.1 mm were used for single-stage material ball diameter test,respectively.When the content of-0.018new particle size increased,the grinding rate increased;for the mixed particle size of raw materials,the mass percentage of spherical media with diameters of 20 mm,15 mm and 8mm accounted for 37%,19%and 44%respectively Under the grinding test conditions,the grinding effect is the best when the grinding concentration is 70%.Through the analysis and calculation of the data,it is found that the material ball ratio has the most significant influence on the mill utilization factor q-0.018,and the movement behavior of grinding medium in eccentric vibration mill under different media filling rate is analyzed in detail The grinding efficiency of horizontal eccentric vibration mill with 80%medium filling rate is higher,and the grinding material particle size is relatively uniform.Through specific experiments,the grinding effect and particle size under different media filling rate are analyzed to verify the rationality of the simulation.Through the kinematics analysis of horizontal vibration mill,the movement law of horizontal vibration mill is found out and simplified.The discrete element method is used to simulate and find out the best process parameters of horizontal vibration mill,which provides reference for the determination of process parameters of vibration mill in fine grinding operation.Figure30;Table23;Reference 88...
