Intelligent garment hanging transmission system is a garment rapid response production technology,which is the centralized application of optical electromechanical integration technology in garment manufacturing industry.The emergence of hanging system optimizes the garment production process,and the whole sewing process is completed in the hanging state.The garment cutting pieces are sent to the garment processing station through the conveyor chain,Each station is responsible for one or more sewing processes.After the process sewing is completed,it enters the conveyor chain from the exit of this station and is sent to the next station until all processing processes are completed.With the development trend of the domestic garment market changing to small batch and multi variety,the function of the hanging system is no longer only to improve the processing efficiency of large batch garments,but also to meet the rapid production demand of small batch and multi variety.Firstly,it expounds the research background and significance of hanging,and summarizes the development of hanging at home and abroad.Then,the structure,workflow and functions of the hanging system are introduced in detail,and the design scheme of the edge computing gateway for the control station and the hanging field communication bus are determined.Secondly,the Ethernet / IP bus structure is designed and the bus communication performance is analyzed.According to the priority scheduling strategy of the industrial control system based on the optimized UCOSII,a double inbound station scheduling system is designed to meet the needs of hanging to process large quantities of clothing and quickly process small batches at the same time.Then,aiming at the common double coat hanger problems in hanging production,the outbound real-time control strategy is designed to reduce the probability of double coat hanger problems.Finally,the edge computing gateway control module is designed,including optocoupler control module,serial communication module,Ethernet communication module and a series of hardware modules to control the hardware system of the station;the hardware function and network interface communication performance of the edge computing gateway are tested;The tested gateway is connected to the hanger for station operation test and optimization.
