Control Systems, Welding Machine Based On The Ethernet Network

Based on discussions of research status and developing trend of network controlled welding machine, and their requirements as well as combination with the existing equipment, an exploration has been made to realize a complete combination between office management and welding machine automatic control, that is to control welding process through remote management and supervision by means of network.The designing scheme of network controlled welding machine system is as follows: the usage of embedded gateway and the MCU controlled system realize to link digital welding machine with Ethernet, then the welding maching based on Ethernet protocol is used as the host of Ethernet to combine with the enterprise information system based on Ethernet protocol and TCP/IP.This paper study network controlled welding machine system from these aspects: first, a whole structure of network controlled welding machine system, including network structure, data-managing structure, is designed; second, the interface connecting MCU controller and welding machine is designed ,as well as the related software and hardware,; then the particular managing software exploited by VB is loaded in local server in network controlled welding machine system ,so that the local server could communicate with the welding machine; at last, the environment for network database and the net is established.In order to overcome the drawback of network transmitting bottleneck caused by the traditional C/S structure, to improve the performance of the whole system, a multilevel-distributed structure , is designed.It consisit of two independent systems,network controlled system of welding machine and the database management system: the welding machine and the local server make up of the C/S structure mode; the database maintenance and WEB database make up of the B/S structure mode.The function of the local server is not only to receive information from the welding machine, and to send the welding criterion searched from WEB database to welding machine, but to scan and supervise the welding machine at given interval.a serial of experiments prove that this designing scheme and the related program are feasible, and could realize the remote management and supervision to welding machine.
