Throughout human history,tungsten resources play an important role in the national economy,national defense construction and high-tech industries,and are of great significance to human social progress and economic development.China has an advantage in tungsten resources.Many places have built tungsten processing enterprises,so tungsten smelting technology is also developing.In order to further understand the development trend of tungsten smelting technology in the world,this paper focuses on the analysis of the development trend of tungsten smelting technology and methods based on the global patent.In addition,based on the comprehensive technological innovation strength of China's major tungsten smelting applicants,and based on the objective combination weighting method,a combination weighting evaluation model for the patent competitiveness of China's major tungsten smelting applicants is constructed by using the linear weighted combination method,so as to make a more intuitive comprehensive comparison among the major applicants.First of all,understand the global development trend from five aspects: patent application trend,technology composition,technology flow direction,technical layout of major innovative countries and major applicants.The research results show that foreign countries developed early,but now China has become a major contributor to tungsten smelting technology patents.The global tungsten smelting is mainly concentrated in APT preparation and tungsten ore decomposition,and various countries mainly carry out patent layout in their own countries,There are few foreign patents.In terms of main applicants,the number of global patent applications in the field of tungsten smelting technology ranks among the top 15,with more Chinese applicants.Secondly,it analyzes the development trend of China from the aspects of patent application trend,technical layout,regional layout,legal status,main applicants,patent cooperation and operation.China has made certain progress and technological breakthroughs in tungsten ore decomposition,purification,apt preparation and tungsten waste treatment.Chinese patent applicants are mainly concentrated in Jiangxi and Hunan.China has strong innovation ability in patent technology,but the patent invalidation rate is high,the patent maintenance period is not long,and the patent quality is low.Thirdly,two key technical branches of tungsten ore decomposition and purification are selected to analyze their patent types,legal status,technical efficacy,technological development context and key patents.The main technical effect of tungsten ore decomposition is to improve the leaching rate of tungsten,and the main technical effect of purification is to improve the purity of tungsten.Finally,based on the patent data of China's main applicants,from the three aspects of technology scale,technology quality and technology value,combined with the objective combination weighting method,this paper constructs the comprehensive weighting evaluation model of the patent competitiveness of China's main applicants for tungsten smelting,compares each applicant,and puts forward the development strategy of tungsten smelting enterprises based on the above analysis.
