Compound pendulum jaw crusher is a kind of commonly used mining machinery,its structure is simple,reliable,is an important production equipment for solid mineral mining.At present,jaw crusher has the following problems in the crushing work: the lower part of the crushing cavity is easy to blockage,overload protection requires high cost and long time,and it is difficult to adjust the size of the discharge port.In view of the above problems,this paper takes the compound pendulum jaw crusher as the research object.Firstly,it studies its structure and performance,analyzes and calculates the motion characteristics of the main motion mechanism,and uses MATLAB/Simulink to draw the motion trajectory of the moving jaw.Then,based on the genetic algorithm,the size of the crusher mechanism,the main parameters and the shape of the crushing cavity were optimized,and the new size value of the mechanism,the matching value of the main parameters and the shape of the cavity were obtained.Finally,based on the simulation software ADAMS,the dynamic simulation analysis was carried out on the main movement mechanism of the crusher before and after optimization.According to the simulation analysis results,the material clogging problem of the crusher has been significantly improved after optimization,and the production capacity of the crusher has been increased by 25.17%.In addition,the horizontal stroke of the moving jaw is increased by 0.87%,the vertical stroke is decreased by 1.29%,and the travel characteristic value is decreased by 2.16%,which indicates that the motion characteristics of the moving jaw are improved to a certain extent.In order to further analyze the mechanical properties of the key components of the optimized crusher,the force of the movable jaw is analyzed and calculated,and the static simulation analysis of the movable jaw is carried out based on the finite element analysis software ANSYS.The simulation results show that the maximum stress of the movable jaw is150.98 MPa,and the maximum deformation is 0.479 mm,both of which are within the allowable range.Therefore,the strength and rigidity of the movable jaw meet the work requirements;for the movable jaw liner and frame of the crusher perform modal analysis to obtain the natural frequency values and modal shapes of both orders.Studies have shown that:when the crusher is working normally,the movable jaw liner and the frame will not resonate.In order to solve the problems of high cost,time-consuming and difficult discharge port adjustment for the crusher,a hydraulic adjustment system was designed for the crusher,and a simulation analysis of the system was carried out based on AMESim.From the analysis results,it can be seen that when the hydraulic adjustment system is working,the cylinder moves very smoothly;when overload protection is performed,the hydraulic system can open the discharge port in 20.4s,which greatly improves the working efficiency of the crusher;the size of the discharge port is in progress.When adjusting,the hydraulic system only takes13.1s to start the jaw assembly and 7.6s to replace the movable jaw assembly.Compared with manual adjustment of the size of the discharge opening,the hydraulic system is convenient and labor-saving,and can be adjusted quickly and accurately.
