Weft-knitted fully formed kneepads are fabrics that are formed once using computerized jacquard kneepads.Due to its seamless feature,it is more fit than ordinary products,and the market demand has increased.However,the matching weft-knitted product design system is only the design of the fabric process.Although the production efficiency has been improved with the help of computer-aided design,the market has now generated a new demand to simulate and display the fabric.Nowadays,as the application fields of weft-knitting forming fabrics become larger and larger,the required production processes are becoming more and more complex and the production cycle shorter and shorter.If it is possible to input process parameters through digital design methods and output three-dimensional simulation images of weft-knitted products,this is of great significance to the current production needs on the market.Few domestic companies independently develop CAD systems for such products.This topic uses digital product design and simulation methods to study the input process parameters in a virtual scene,such as product styles and patterns,tissue needle selection information and fabric density,etc.To generate a threedimensional model of the product.Through the intuitive visual effects of the three-dimensional model,the accuracy of the design process can be confirmed in advance.Optimize the design process in the case of energy-saving and time saving,so digital design and simulation can simplify the design process and improve production efficiency.This subject mainly researches the process design model,simulation model,virtual display model,and computer realization of weft-knitted kneepads.First of all,this topic analyzes the commonly used jacquard weave types of weft-knitted fully formed kneepad and deeply studies the knitting principle and structural characteristics of jacquard.A two-dimensional matrix is used to represent the color information of the design pattern,the organization information of the knit pattern,and the density information of the three-dimensional pattern.The corresponding relationship between the design pattern and the knit pattern is explained,and the matching relationship between the pattern diagram and the organizational structure.Summarizes the process in the realization of the process design module in the weft-knitted fully formed kneepad design system.Secondly,this subject analyzed the structural characteristics of the basic loop shape based on the eight-point loop model and established the basic loop model after drawing the loop's trajectory.The model characteristic points that control the shape of the loop are defined,the coordinates of the model characteristic points are determined through physical measurement and theoretical derivation,and the loop structure model of the weft-knitted kneepad is summarized.Then,the simulation model of the weft-knitted kneepad was rendered through the Tube Buffer Geometry of the Web GL third-party library Three.js,and the online simulation of tens of thousands of loops was realized.Finally,the influence of the yarn model parameters on the simulation results and simulation time was analyzed.Finally,because the existing virtual display method of texture map cannot be applied to weftknitted forming products,this subject proposes a virtual display technology of weft-knitted fully formed kneepad based on the free deformation model,which expresses mesh model information including vertex coordinates and index with a mathematical model.By establishing the spatial transformation relationship between the two-dimensional and three-dimensional grid model coordinate points,and then selecting the corresponding spatial coordinate transformation matrix according to the grid corresponding to each loop to calculate the model value point coordinates in the wearing state,it can be obtained through the computer rendering a virtual display model.The weft-knitted fully formed kneepad design system developed in this subject verifies the product process design model and provides an effective tool for the rapid development of weftknitted forming products.The finer the yarn surface subdivision of the simulation model,the higher the clarity of the fabric image,and the better the simulation effect;at the same time,the finer the yarn surface subdivision,the longer the simulation time.Therefore,the simulation parameters can be selected according to the size of the fabric and the desired display effect.The virtual display method proposed in this subject can simulate complex shapes such as bending at the knees.Under the premise of good appearance simulation,it has the advantage of fast online real-time display of simulation results.
