With the society stepping into the information age,the textile industry has been developing for a long time,and now it has begun to pursue the computer control system with higher automation and informationization.The further improvement of mechanical and technological level based on computers and high-tech is the driving force for the continuous development of textile industry.There is still a certain gap in reliability,stability and information technology between domestic textile computers and foreign countries.High-end knitting equipment technology is still monopolized by Italy,Germany,Japan and other countries.Therefore,keeping up with the pace of the times,developing an automatic textile machine motion control system with excellent performance and modern information technology is the key to realize the rapid development of domestic textile industry,break the foreign technological monopoly and even achieve overtaking in bends.In this paper,weft knitting shoe upper machine as the research object.Nowadays,the shoe upper market has great potential for rapid development in China.At present,computer flat knitting machine is the main textile machine to produce shoe upper,and the production efficiency of circular machine is higher than that of flat knitting machine.At present,the mechanical structure of circular machine has the demand of producing shoe upper.This paper analyses the knitting process of weft knitted upper,reflects on the shortcomings of automatic control system in domestic market,analyses the key technical points of realizing high automation and informatization of weft knitted upper control system,and puts forward a design scheme of human-computer interaction system for weft knitted upper machine with more comprehensive functions and more stable performance.This paper designs a control scheme of human-computer interaction system for weft knitted upper machine based on AM335X+Linux+Qt+RAM.The aim is to effectively improve the automation and informatization level of the control system of the textile machine,and provide a design scheme of human-computer interaction system with more complete functions,more stable performance,stronger expansibility and higher security for weft knitted upper market.The design idea of this paper is: first of all,starting from the weft knitting process,we understand the motion principle of the mechanical equipment of weft knitting upper machine knitting fabric,and then get the plan of shoe plate making,which realizes the generation from pattern pattern to motion control core data file.Secondly,the hardware platform with AM335 X core board as the core and Linux system as the software running environment are selected,and the human-computer interaction software is designed and written with Qt,which is rich in tool library,in order to lay a foundation for the realization of the automatic control system with strong expansibility,high stability and rich functions.Dual-port RAM is chosen as the main data communication medium,reasonable communication protocol is formulated,and stable and fast data interaction is realized.Then,we design the encryption and decryption scheme of the core pattern data to improve the security of the core data and prepare the control system for the informatization.Design a pattern image display scheme to realize real-time viewing of pattern images,enhance the human-computer interaction performance of the interface,improve production efficiency and effectively avoid waste of raw materials.Finally,modular human-computer interaction software is designed to meet the overall needs of the automation control system and achieve good human-computer interaction performance.Finally,the feasibility of the human-computer interaction system of weft knitted shoe upper machine is verified by the functional test of the system and the practical production application of the factory.Through the improvement of the key technologies mentioned above,the whole performance of the machine is effectively improved.At the same time,it improves the automation level of the whole machine and has a positive effect on the development of textile computer system.
