The submersible progressive cavity pump can be applied to the production of complex well conditions such as high sand wells and heavy oil wells,and has the characteristics of low cost,simple structure,high efficiency and energy saving.In the process of progressive cavity pump oil extraction,a reasonable rotation speed can not only improve oil extraction efficiency,but also avoid accelerated wear of the pump or "pump burning" phenomenon,thereby increasing its service life.At this stage,there are unreasonable parameter selection in the research of progressive cavity pump speed optimization,or defects in convergence speed,accuracy,etc.At the same time,the corresponding submersible motor speed control method after speed optimization has not been studied in depth.To this end,this paper will establish a progressive cavity pump speed preset model.The prediction method and control method of progressive cavity pump rotor speed are studied.The technical level of speed control in the operation of screw pump oil production will be further improved.The paper analyzes the working principle of the progressive cavity and its own characteristics.Reference is made to the development status of progressive cavity pump technology at home and abroad.The problems and development directions of progressive cavity pump that need to be solved at this stage are discussed.Therefore,the entry point of the work of the thesis is determined: the speed is the main factor that affects the efficiency and service life of the progressive cavity pump.The thesis first analyzes the influencing factors of the speed of the progressive cavity pump,and on this basis,proposes the use of neural network algorithm to solve the speed of the progressive cavity pump The problem of preset;then select crude oil temperature,crude oil viscosity,pump end pressure difference,volumetric efficiency as input,speed as output,establish a progressive cavity pump speed prediction model based on improved BP neural network,and use Matlab software to measure the speed Simulation research;Finally,according to the PID controller theory based on BP neural network,the S function is written,and the progressive cavity pump speed preset model is established in Simulink,and the progressive cavity pump speed control method is simulated.The simulation results show that the progressive cavity pump speed prediction model established in the thesis has a good effect on speed prediction.Compared with the test speed,its output speed has an average relative error of 0.68%,an average absolute error of 2.05r/min,and a faster convergence speed.At the same time,the selected four influencing factors can be measured in real time by sensors,which can meet the needs of real-time adjustment of progressive cavity pump speed;the speed preset model established in the paper can adjust the motor speed to the predicted speed in a short time and maintain Constant output,which has a good effect on the speed control of the progressive cavity pump.The application of artificial neural network algorithm to the research of progressive cavity pump speed preset has good results and provides a reliable method for improving the oil recovery efficiency and service life of progressive cavity pump.
