Coal still plays a major role in China's energy applications.The efficient and intelligent mining of coal has also made great progress under national policies and modern industrial trends.However,there is a problem of "disadjusted mining and extraction" in underground operations.After the introduction of the intelligent system,the coal mining machine has effectively improved the mining efficiency and safety of the coal mine.However,the tunneling technology of the coal mine is restricted by the narrow space environment and the tunneling conditions,and still mainly depends on manual on-site real-time control.Manually controlled roadheaders are labor intensive,low in efficiency,and have great safety hazards.Therefore,in order to improve the intelligent level and efficiency of roadway excavation,it is necessary to solve some related technology of roadheader intelligentization.This article mainly studies three aspects: intelligent electronic control system,reliable remote communication guarantee,and accurate position and posture detection and correction algorithms.In view of the difficulty of the current roadheader control system to meet the needs of autonomous positioning of the fuselage,adaptive control of cutting and remote monitoring,combined with the functional requirements of the roadheader's electrical control system,this article uses a DSP+FPGA dedicated controller as the core and carries out electronic control.System design,including system hardware selection and design,software development of various parts,network connection design and software development of remote data communication,and algorithmic research on the posture and correction of the roadheader during the walking process,realizing the state monitoring and early warning of the roadheader,Automatic walking,automatic cutting and high-quality remote communication control,etc.,improve the intelligent level of the roadheader's electrical control system.Finally,some experiments of the roadheader control system are carried out,including the stability experiment of the basic sensor data of the roadheader,the automatic cutting experiment,and the remote communication experiment.The reliability and applicability of the electronic control system in this thesis are verified by analyzing the experimental data.In summary,this article designs the intelligent electronic control system of the roadheader,and designs the hardware and software parts to improve the stability and applicability of the electronic control system.The correction algorithm of the roadheader is improved to improve This improves the roadheader's walking deviation correction accuracy,and lays the foundation for the improvement of the roadheader's cutting accuracy.
