As the main equipment for transporting personnel in underground coal mines,the overhead passenger device of coal mines,and its efficient,safe and stable operation is of great value to the development of the coal mining machinery industry.This subject responds to the intelligent development trend of the coal mine industry,and focuses on improving the control level of overhead passenger equipment for mining,to meet the requirements of intelligence,high efficiency,and unmanned,and design a kind of safety for the intelligent control of overhead passenger equipment,Reliable unattended system,to achieve remote control,monitoring and early warning of overhead passenger devices,real-time monitoring and fault records on the well,so that it can better serve the high-efficiency and high-yield mine platform,and can monitor historical data and real-time data Make a WEB visit.The technology used in the system can be extended to general overhead passenger devices and is versatile.The topics mainly include the following aspects:1.Systematic analysis of the structure and working principle of the overhead passenger device in coal mines,including the structural feature analysis and working principle analysis of the overhead passenger device,and a detailed introduction of the important sub-devices included in the overhead passenger device system.2.Based on PLC,each part of the software of overhead passenger device is analyzed and designed.The software of overhead passenger device is divided into two modules,start and stop module and system protection module.There are two modes under the start-up and stop module,manual / automatic mode and day / night mode;under the system protection module,there are also two aspects: speed detection and speed protection module and hydraulic station oil temperature and oil level detection module.Use PLC to design the corresponding program for each module.3.Based on HMI touch screen,the software of overhead passenger device is analyzed and designed.Through the analysis and setting of the contents of each module in the HMI touch screen,the start and stop monitoring of the overhead passenger device is realized;through the design of the system fault alarm module,the system can display the fault and send out the alarm in time when there is an abnormal;through the synchronous setting of time,the synchronization of HMI touch screen and PLC time is realized and the real-time time is displayed.4.Based on the analysis of the communication configuration of overhead passenger device,the communication protocol,process and realization method of communication between all kinds of sensors and PLC are described in detail,and the communication between PLC and magnetic start switch is realized by taking the communication program of PLC as the core.5.Use kingsview software to analyze the compilation process of host computer monitoring program in detail,and the realization process of remote-control function,remote monitoring function,event and alarm function,historical report function and user rights management function are described in detail.Through the WEB release of the basic data,the Internet access of the data is realized.The design of the intelligent control system can greatly reduce the workload of personnel,real-time monitoring of the overhead passenger device,and enhance the operation security of the device;the database technology is introduced to record and save the operation data,which is convenient for system fault analysis and lookup;all kinds of protection can be connected to deal with dangerous or abnormal situations in time,reduce accident losses and avoid accident expansion.The design of the unattended centralized control system of the overhead passenger device in the coal mine can provide theoretical support for the intelligent development of coal mining machinery.
