Research On The Cooperative Operation Strategy Of Coal Logistics System Under Uncertain Environment

With the change of coal resource supply and demand pattern and the implementation of policies related to low carbon economy,iron and water combined transportation logistics transportation has become a new development mode of coal transportation.In this context,the research on the cooperative operation strategy of coal logistics system under uncertain environment is put forward,and the three-level strategic framework of the cooperative operation of coal logistics system is established.Firstly,in view of the evaluation problem of coal logistics transportation path selection,the evaluation index and calculation method of coal logistics transportation path selection are applied.The stochastic simulation method is used to deal with the uncertainty of index calculation parameters,and the evaluation method of the advantages and disadvantages coefficient based on the stochastic simulation is put forward,and the coal logistics transportation route scheme in the example is evaluated.Secondly,through the analysis of the traditional coal logistics and transport process of railway-port and port-shipping connection operation process,"freight train-port-ship" coal logistics mode under the coal logistics port collaborative operation optimization scheme is put forward.A loading operation planning model under uncertain arrival time and loading time is established,and the influence of different fluctuation degree of uncertain factors on the optimal goal of planning decision is analyzed.Thirdly,the income distribution of the transport subject in the coal logistics system is studied,the income distribution mechanism of the transport subject in the coal logistics system is clarified,the decision-making model of the income distribution of the transport subject in the coal logistics system is established based on the Shapley value method,and the rationality of the model is proved through calculation examples.Finally,the framework of coal logistics information system is established,the functional configuration of coal logistics information system is described,and the standardization of coal cooperative transport documents is studied.The content of the whole-process waybill for coal cooperative transportation is designed,and the key technology and implementation framework of the digital bill management system for coal cooperative transportation based on block chain are proposed.
