The research on iron and steel logistics involves network layout construction,logistics financial operation,performance management,information construction,human resources and other aspects,of which a complete logistics network construction is an important foundation for the development of iron and steel logistics and the site selection of steel processing center is the core link of network layout construction.At present,although some scholars have conducted research on iron and steel logistics,they mainly focus on the internal production logistics of iron and steel enterprises,and there is less research on iron and steel sales logistics.Steel sales logistics research mainly involves business model management,information system construction,supply and marketing network design,but the research on network layout node location is not comprehensive enough,so this article combined with the actual situation of S company from primary alternative,customer demand forecast,the location of optimization,three aspects of research work for the company S in area A of steel processing and distribution center location decision,the company S logistics network construction is of great significance.First,in view of the company S steel processing and distribution center alternative some primary selection problems,an evaluation method combining rough set and entropy weight method is designed,and the equivalent relationship in rough set theory is used to reduce the evaluation index system,and entropy weight method is used.The weight of each index is calculated,the evaluation value of each candidate point is solved,and the order of superiority and inferiority is sorted.The result of the preliminary selection of candidate centers that meets the expectations of S company is obtained,as the location of the multi-objective optimization alternative center.Then,aiming at the forecasting problem of customer demand in area A,the grey GM(1,1)-Markov model is used for prediction,and the results show that the grey GM(1,1)model modified by Markov not only has good smoothness,Markov modified grey GM(1,1)model not only has good smoothness,but also has good fitting ability,which can reflect the change of the general trend,it is concluded that the prediction results more scientific and reasonable,and then predict the customer demand of S company in area A,the reasonable construction scale was determined,and the demand for each demand point was obtained,which established the foundation for the multi-objective optimization of the location of the S company's steel processing center.Finally,in view of the company S steel processing and distribution center site selection multi-objective optimization problems,give full consideration to the iron and steel sales logistics network characteristics and steel processing and distribution center location factors,the site selection model of the steel processing and distribution center of the S company is constructed,and the model is added the time penalty cost function reflects the customer's requirements for the delivery service time of the product.While improving the punctuality of delivery,it obtains the optimal location plan for the total cost of the logistics system.In this paper,the whale swarm algorithm is used to solve the model and determine the number and location of steel processing centers as well as the transportation distribution scheme among production base,steel processing centers and customer demand points.
